Best Hotels in Izumisano

As a mother traveling with a child, moving rooms can be very stressful and difficult, and his consideration meant so much to us. I would also like to express my appreciation to Ms. Huong for her kind assistance

She was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. In fact, all the staff members were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Tosuji (Manager) for his exceptional kindness and professionalism

Despite my mistake in booking a different room (I truly thought I had booked the same one), he was so understanding and gracious in allowing us to remain in the same hotel room for another night

Water pressure in our room was great with all amenities stocked. We had breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant and quite a varied range of quality dishes with local produce were served

This was not our first stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it. Beds and pillows were a bit firm but still comfy. Hotel room and ambience felt dated but it was very clean

old hotel need some renovation, but location is very good, only 1 station from airport, and they provide free shuttle bus to airport, but it was only before 10AM , after 10AM there was no shuttle from hotel to airport

This hotel is the perfect choice for an overnight stay in Osaka, especially if you have early morning or late night flights

They also have a large indoor parking lot, which is a great deal at 1000 JPY for hotel guests. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices and fantastic taste

Nearby the airport and the station. Very convenient for me arriving late night. Convenience store nearby as well. Also has good view from the room. Will come again.

For many years, I've consistently stayed at Star Gate when visiting Osaka. Although the hotel is a bit older, the soundproofing in the rooms and the cleanliness are exceptionally good

The room was a bit dated, but the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the outlet mall, and the view from the window is great.

Excellent value for money. Lots of free amenities. Very close to the airport and a shopping retail park. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms is abit old. But location going to airport is good. Not much food to look forward near hotel except convenient shops. Plus point is the breakfast.

Location is convenient, hotel have free transport, easy to find.good for long hour transit passengers

It's less than a ten-minute walk from the airport bus stop, and close to several duty-free shops, which made my last two days in Japan feel peaceful and comfortable

The airport bus was punctual, and I even noticed hair clips and a mirror inside – so cute! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kansai Airport!

Good for location especially with shuttle to Kix. Free parking for the guest is a plus. Check in and out is via machine. But ammenities are very limited such as no pillow choice and suggests to put towel under them

It was my first time trying this sashimi, and it was excellent! 👍

The hotel location is good bcoz its a walking distance from the train. Plus the hotel provides free shuttle going to KIA. Thanks to the lady hotel staff who provided our needs- electric iron, sanitary kit, and others

The room was incredibly spacious, and being on a high floor was a plus for our family of three. The front desk staff were very welcoming; even with my limited English, checking in was a breeze

They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel, then they’ll just proceed quickly with your check in. They’ll also give you water bottle to bring to your room

We stayed here for a layover, which gave us plenty of time to explore the outlets. We even found a nearby fishing tackle shop where we bought the fishing rod my child wanted

The corridor to my room truthfully looks kinda spooky because it was quite long and no sound was heard (but I guess it was just because the insulation was good, and I knew some of the room was occupied as I saw the cleaning lady in the morning)

Very kind and professional staff, excellent cleanness standards, extremely quiet. Unfortunately the swimming pool is out of service.

There's also a large supermarket nearby that stays open until 10 PM, great for browsing. Their prices are about 10% cheaper than 7-Eleven, and they even have discounted items in the evenings

The room was spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. There's a free shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient and only takes about 15 minutes

Great location, very close to Kansai Airport, and there's a supermarket downstairs which is super convenient for shopping

The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport once an hour, which is incredibly thoughtful!

Plus, it's just one stop away from the outlet mall, making getting around very easy

Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. About 10 minutes walk, no biggie

But beware! the hotel lobby counters are manned by dinosaurs!🤣 Great onsens, rooms were excellent with wonderful views of the sea side but like usual, dont expect great space for your luggage in the room

The dinosaur at the front desk was a fun touch! The hotel is right by the sea, so the ocean view was pretty nice. It was very quiet at night, which was great for sleeping

In the lobby, you can swap for pajamas, and there's a free hot spring bath available

Will definitely stay here again in the future nevertheless

Soaking in a beautiful onsen before leaving Osaka is truly one of life's great pleasures! Plus, there's a shopping complex right next to the hotel with a Nishimatsuya (baby store) and a conveyor belt sushi restaurant

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Rinku Premium Outlets. The room was spacious and quiet, though a bit cold. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I felt premium when I stay here. I strongly recommend. Nearby shopping centre

Overall, it's bad in Eine, the price is great, in E it's gorgeous. I liked everything.

Nica and spacious for family travel with kids. Best location as it’s just right opposite Rinku outlet. There’s a little corner for kids who loves comics too. 🩵

The hotel is just opposite of Rinku Premium Outlet, also there is a shuttle bus going directly to Kansai Airport Terminal 1 located at seaside inside the mall. Its convenient sta for last day shopping before your flight

It was challenging since the walkway is not really luggage-friendly. If you plan to shop the whole day at Premium Outlet, it will be a good choice because the Rinku Premium Outlet is just in front of the hotel

There's a large public bath on the first floor, and they even have a good selection of free manga to read. It's a shame they don't offer an airport shuttle service, though

You're already abroad, so don't penny-pinch over a few hundred yuan. This hotel consistently costs around 300 yuan and offers excellent value for money

Good location Good breakfast Good value for money Easy access to airport

good place good sauna, got a good bbq cow shop near which is really good

Very clean and convenient location near KIX airport, the staff is so nice that one staff recommended the must go and must visit in Osaka and Kyoto😁 Very friendly and nice of him! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so you can take a stroll. It's genuinely a great choice. From personal experience, sleeping at the airport isn't comfortable

It's best to call ahead; I did, and they arrived a few minutes early to Terminal 1. If I hadn't called, I probably would have waited at Terminal 2 until the scheduled time before they came to Terminal 1

Good location. This is very good for people who would like to catch an early flight. So comfortable with the airport pick up service! It is right in front of the hotel.🤩

It was okay, but there were bikers revving their engines late at night, so I didn't get much sleep. The service staff were all very polite. They offer airport pick-up for late flights

The pick-up spot was a bit confusing; there were 12 numbered signs, and the driver probably parked wherever there was space. However, the car had the hotel's name on it, so no worries about not finding it

A standard Japanese budget hotel, perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. They even offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport!

Excellent insulation as I heard no outiside noisy

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, milky lotion, etc. I was also grateful for the shuttle bus between the nearest station and the hotel. Breakfast was a delicious mini kaiseki meal with pork hotpot

Facilities: A bit old but mostly complete; it has everything you'd expect. Environment: There's a slight smell of cooking oil near the kitchen on the first floor

It's also super close to Kansai Airport and offers excellent value for money

This was my first time staying here to attend an event nearby, but it was comfortable✨Many carp greeted me in the small pond in front of the entrance😊The room was well-cleaned and there were disposable slippers, so it felt clean

Service: The big brother who provides Chinese service is very nice and offers free airport drop-off. PS: This is a hot spring hotel

Excellent service and very clean.

You can book the hotel's shuttle bus, which is a full-sized coach. The front desk service was excellent. Disposable slippers were provided in the room, but no lotion or toner

Very good place to stay and the stuff very helpful. Room size very big. Convenient to go Rinku outlet.

I chose this hotel near the airport the night before my flight because I had an early morning departure. I arrived for check-in around 4 PM, and as soon as I got there, I regretted not coming earlier

I should have arrived first thing in the morning to enjoy the sea view and go shopping. The sea view from downstairs is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset on the beach in the evening was incredibly relaxing

The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I've stayed in in Japan so far. There's a living room right as you enter, a bathroom with a bathtub in the middle, and then the bedroom further inside

There was plenty of space to lay out two large suitcases. Next time, I'd definitely consider staying for two consecutive nights to enjoy the food and shopping without any rush

Draft beer after enjoying onsen was really good

All were very good. Food was great

The hot spring water was of excellent quality and the bath was very thick! I had felt a little roughness on my back, but by morning it was completely gone and I was amazed at how smooth it was

The hotel's service was excellent, and the staff took every request seriously. Even with language barriers, they carefully consulted and confirmed everything

I love hot springs and have stayed at many ryokans, but I wonder if the people who leave bad reviews are expecting the same level of service as a high-end ryokan? Everyone has said that the water is lukewarm, but since the water is very thick, I think it's better to keep it lukewarm so you can soak in it more leisurely

It was a wonderful family trip. The ryokan itself, nestled in the mountains, was a welcome respite on a hot day. Sakura, a Shiba Inu over 20 years old, was also incredibly cute.

Very clean hotel, location and service are good, just hotel wifi connectivity not so good. There is free shuttle service to airport, another bonus here

The service was excellent; they even had staff members stationed in the corridor connecting the old and new buildings on the second floor

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Izumisano Station

The front desk staff's service was truly exceptional. They kindly reminded us about the welcome drink during check-in, and when we departed, they even walked us out to the airport shuttle and waved goodbye

A great place to stay if you have an early departure from KIX. The hotel is nice, clean, reasonably priced, and offers a free transfer to the airport. Will definitely stay with them again next time.

Overall, their service was excellent. However, we stayed in a twin room with a bathroom in the older building
