Arrived quite late, but I recall they have a 24-hour front desk. It's super convenient to take the Enoden train to Kamakura, and you can also catch the JR Tokaido Line to Yokohama or Hakone. As usual Toyoko Inn was excellent however this stay we were let down by the breakfast. We came down at 8.00am but most of the food had already been finished and no drink options . The coffee dispenser was out of action and the cold drink now weren’t being replenished. In all , disappointed.

Very good. I was originally asked to check out before 10 o'clock, but due to special reasons, I had to check out at 11:30. The hotel understood my needs and handled the relevant procedures, extending the check-out time to 12 o'clock. It is very humane and worthy of praise.

I had an excellent stay the Breath Hotel. All the staff members were so warm and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. In Japan? Oddest of hotels. It’s a 10 story hotel that in reality a wedding chapel with rooms. My 10th floor room had three small windows with bathroom glass obscuring any view, and was decorated with plastic ivy. A couch with stained upholstery graced one end of the room, but as there were no table or bedside lamps, there was no reason to sit on it.
