I had a lovely stay at this hostel. The staff was so welcoming and nice !

Fantastic location! Conveniently situated near two train stations and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants.

No complaints about the size—we knew what to expect when booking. However, the soundproofing could use improvement, as conversations from the next room and hallway were clearly audible.

A bit on the tight side—especially if you're on the larger side like me. 😅

Some guests mentioned extra charges for late check-in. However, the hotel does inform you in advance via email after booking. So unless you missed checking your email, it's not a surprise.

Very cute hostel! I honestly did not find any problem concerning the sound or hygiene. I actually slept quite well! And the staff is very sweet. I only gave it 4 stars for 3 reasons:
1. There is not socialization/activities in the lobby. Granted it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and I might have been unlucky, but I was sad to not be able to talk with strangers more.
2. The room I stayed had no lock. Nothing bad happened, but it can be a bit stressful knowing that anyone can come in.
3. No lockers for precious items. Again nothing bad happened, but with the fact that there is no lock at the door either, I had to be trusting of everyone.
Still I had a very nice experience in an excellent place!

I stayed in the women’s dorm and really enjoyed my time at IZA Enoshima Guest House and Bar. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the train stations, the beach, and Enoshima Island. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven right next door, which was really handy.
The place was clean, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Free Wi-Fi worked well, and while the amenities were pretty simple, everything I needed was there. The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, and the bar downstairs had a really nice vibe—great spot to relax and meet people in the evening.
Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere laid-back and affordable near Enoshima. I’d definitely stay again!

Modern and stylish place with all the amenities you will need. Very friendly owners and the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on.
Great place to stay if you don't mind sharing a bathroom with a few guests. Good shower pressure as well!

It was cozy and nice! 🥰🙏It is close to the beach. I liked the interior design of the house.

We loved Iza! We stayed there as a family! Sleeping in bunk beds is awesome and the kids could put all their things on the side and have some privacy! Staff was amazing! So helpful and great with kids! My kids were so sad to say goodbye! Thank you Iza! またね！！！！

Nice little hostel to stay in. The rooms are clean & cosy, staff are friendly & helpful (They were wonderful in recommending me places for dinner when I was unsure what there was to offer) & the facilities are clean & well-maintained!
However, the rooms are co-shared, with both male & female staying in the same room. There are no locker provided so it is at your own risk to leave things in your room.It might get a bit noisy after 11:00pm despite the rules saying light out at that timing.
But other than that, the experience of staying there was great, & you get to interact with other guest in the lounge area. But you can't really complain for a cheap & decent hostel to stay in if you're visiting Enoshima.

I really enjoyed this guest house. It was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. The position is very convenient: it is close to both the train station and to Enoshima island.
In addition, the staff is very helpful and polite, the cooking is ok and the building itself is new and comfortable.
