Breakfast was included, simple but tasty. The railway noise was minimal and didn't really bother us; it was quiet overall.
I initially booked for just one night, planning to head to Tokyo the next day. However, Tokyo's prices were much higher, so I decided to extend my stay for an extra night here
The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Fujisawa Station. The breakfast was bad, and the room was small. It's about average for a Japanese hotel.
Clean, cozy, and near everything. What more is there to say. Free breakfast but parking is not free but is discounted.
They offer a varied complimentary breakfast daily. The hotel is located north of Fujisawa Station, making its location a bit remote
Excellent! It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station, which was incredibly convenient for dropping off our bags before heading to Kamakura. The price is also much more affordable than staying in Kamakura or Tokyo
Just take the N3 from the first stop to the last, and you don't have to worry about missing your stop. Board from the back door, tap your IC card once, and then tap it again when you exit from the front door
The location was fantastic, and convenient. The room had good space. The amenities were well provided. All in all, great place to stay.
For Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, take the N2 bus. You board from the front door, tell the driver your destination, and tap your card once. You don't need to tap when exiting from the back door
Our two-night stay was fantastic! The service was incredibly friendly and warm, and the facilities were complete. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotless and very tidy. Every detail was well thought out
The hotel is close to the railway line, with the Shonan Monorail directly opposite the window. You can hear and watch it running. The soundproofing is okay, not too noisy, which is also a feature of the hotel
The location is super convenient, with restaurants within walking distance. It's also just a minute's walk from the subway station. Breakfast was decent, and the room size was typical for Japan.
Good hotel, city location but need to pay the parking at times car park if your car is too high
I was able to spend time in the same space as my parents and family. There was also a single room for teenage boys, complete with game consoles and massage chairs, allowing us to have fun together across generations
It was also close to the Hakone Ekiden route, so we were able to cheer from the front row. Furthermore, the owner's thoughtfulness was superb, and we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences
The CEO is very kind and warm-hearted. The accommodation is very comfortable and has a wide variety of amenities. It's also close to the station. I will definitely visit again. Thank you, CEO.
Spacious room, right in the middle of town, many restaurants n bars around.... nearby enoden station to kamakura n enoshima. Lawson right oppsote the hotel.
We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.
What I really appreciate is the fact that Toyoko Inns offer great value for the price - always affordable. The staff were really friendly, especially the morning kitchen staff. The room was clean and comfortable
As always, I enjoyed my stay at the Toyoko Inn. The Shonan Chigasaki Station North was no exception. It had a great location - only about a 5-7 minute walk to the Chigasaki Station
I really liked the bed - it was firm and nice. There were vending machines available. A breakfast comes with your stay (6:30 to 9:00). Breakfast varies depending upon the location and season
The rice balls and miso soup for breakfast were delicious.
There was also a water server so I was able to fill my water bottle.
I always stay at the Toyoko Inn when I visit ULVAC in Chigasaki.
The room is typical of a Japanese business hotel – a bit small, but clean and very comfortable for one person. The location was incredibly convenient for me, being very close to the train station.
Best place to stay in Fujisawa. I love how every corner there's 711, Daiso, Lawson, Family Mart, Sazaeriya, Sushiro, Matsuya, McDonalds, Doutour.
Great location, very convenient surroundings. The only downside is that the windows don't open. But the service and location are really good
Best choice hotel in Shonandai
The Room is good as Japan standard
Price is reasonable.
Breakfast is good but no variety.
It's easy to go for a walk nearby in the evenings, and there are many drugstores
Very clean and hygienic, excellent service, and a reasonable price.
It is 1 hr distance from Haneda and 1. There is an abundance of good restaurants near the hotel. Room was small as usual but nice and clean as usual. Friendly staff were eager to be helpful
Just a 5-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient. The price is quite reasonable for this area. The staff's service attitude was excellent
The location is super convenient, offering great value for money. It's incredibly easy to get to Kamakura and Enoshima from here. However, the room was indeed very small
Smoking is allowed in the rooms here, so there was a smell of smoke as soon as I entered. Mineral water is not provided in the room
What's more, it's very convenient to get to Gotemba Premium Outlets, Hakone Shrine, Izu, and Atami. Facilities: Excellent and fully equipped. The room size is normal for a Sotetsu hotel. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy
The greatest things about this hotel is location and amenities. Location is very close to station, strategic with many food stall and stores, easy to find, and good neighborhood
Came back for another stay! The air here is fantastic for a winter stroll. You can even sunbathe in the room. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji. Plus, you can take the kids to the golf driving range right outside
Spent 3 days in Kamakura, and your hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was small but very clean. There's a free shuttle bus from Shichirigahama Station, and it's super close to Kamakura Koko Mae Station
We went as a family, rooms are very spacious. I like the idea that they even provide small samples from some local brands to help the local business I guess. They use Polar shower series which like a lot
I'm not sure what standards those online reviews are using, but personally, I found it to be very clean. I even fell in love with their hairdryer here; it's a really good one!
The hotel environment is fantastic, with ocean-view rooms where you can see the sea right from your small balcony. Both the sunrise and sunset are absolutely stunning
The next morning, as I drew back the curtains, the winter sunlight of Shonan was so bright and warm, it felt like it could melt the cream cheese right off my drink
Although the equipment is a bit old, it is very clean and the rooms are very hygienic. I feel it is the best hotel in these five days. However, because the place is relatively remote, it is convenient to travel by car
Overall are Good, like location and easy to find. Parking lots are also has enough space
In the very hot summer, the air conditioning needed to be colder :)
I have stayed in many hotels and I like this one. The view is beautiful, the staff is good, and the interior of the hotel is also very beautiful. It is very clean, everything is convenient, and the sea view is beautiful
The room is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well-kept. The service is excellent. The dinner is meaningful and delicious. Next time I go to Kamakura or Enoshima, I will choose the same hotel.
Classic hotel, professional service, close to attractions, a cost-effective accommodation option for Kamakura.
It is very close to the station and there is a commercial street downstairs. The hotel is average, a Japanese-style mini hotel, and the 28-inch suitcase in the single room is difficult to open
Near from Shonandai station and the room is very clean and comfortable. Hotels near Enoshima is pricy but in Shonandai you can find very good budget hotels like this.
The hotel understood my needs and handled the relevant procedures, extending the check-out time to 12 o'clock. It is very humane and worthy of praise
I was originally asked to check out before 10 o'clock, but due to special reasons, I had to check out at 11:30
The duvet doesn't come with a cover, which I'm not used to and I don't know if it can be washed
They give us so many kind of amenities, shampoos ,body soap ,conditioner ,bath salts , foot massage things. , which are really healpful and good hospitality. Also free coffee is available
The hotel is small but well-equipped, including complimentary drinks. The front desk staff were very polite and even came out to help with parking directions despite the rain
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay
The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed, which made it very pleasant to relax in. In addition, the parking area was very convenient and easy to access
The room was so spacious that I felt like I wanted to stay in the hotel forever, and one night was not enough, so I'd like to go again. The location was also good, as I could walk to Enoshima
The rooms face the street, and the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear cars driving by all night, and occasionally motorcycles yelling
It was the first time I'd encountered a hotel where you could choose your own shower gel and shampoo brands—the selection was overwhelming! You could also choose your own welcome drink, and they even gave you a souvenir upon check-out
The staff was so nice I didnt speak Japanese and they ordered a taxi for me both days I was there :)
I like the staff but mostly how the hotel look . Very classic and clean .
We are not sure why there was a dog-themed event going on. The hotel was nice, staff were great, but we didn't see any indication of it beforehand and it was quite a surprise.
This hotel is near the station. It's an older hotel but good stay.
Good location
Very dated facility
It’s a 10 story hotel that in reality a wedding chapel with rooms. My 10th floor room had three small windows with bathroom glass obscuring any view, and was decorated with plastic ivy
Hotel is perfectly located close to Kamakura Station, suitable for those who travel with train or bus. Breakfast served in set with western or Japanese food to choose. Lobby has a small public bath.
I came to Kamakura with two friends, and this Coconie Hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Kamakura Station. Since there were three of us, the hotel had already prepared a three-person bed for us when we checked in
The location is excellent, very close to Kamakura Station, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and shopping. The room is clean and tidy, and although small, it's very cozy
You can’t be on the bed to watch as you cannot turn the TV towards the bed. There were 2 chairs and a table and the height of the table and the part you sit on the chair was same
One of my friends wasn't feeling well, and the lady we spoke to at the front desk was amazing. She gave us a lot of advice on where to get medical help, even contacted a hospital for us, and called a taxi
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The public bath was large and relaxing
This was our first traditional Japanese honkan experience and it was everything we were looking for. Staffs were super polite and helpful. The host took us to our room carrying our luggage
The staff was very polite and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage to the room and explained the facilities in the room
The staff is very hospitable and friendly 👍🏻
The quality of service for this price is unbeatable
And the room was clean and tidy
Breakfast is even more rich, very delicious😋
It is the best experience in Enoshima
There are also 2 baths to choose from (men and women replacement by time)
Overall, it was a great experience to experience this historic hotel in Enoshima
There are two separate public baths that are used by men and women separately and they are included in hotel fee. I used the cave bath and even though it is small with only one pool, it was very quaint and relaxing
The room had a fantastic view of Mount Fuji, which made it all worthwhile. The tatami mats were quite firm. The cave hot spring was unique, but the other romantic hot spring was rather ordinary and quite old…
Environment: A very Japanese-style hotel, the room is not small, you can see Mount Fuji when the weather is good, two hot springs are good, men and women use them at different times, and there is also a private bathroom in the room
Service: Most of the staff are older, very polite and enthusiastic, breakfast is standard Japanese food, no praise or criticism
Hygiene: Quite satisfactory, but there were...
Traveled with two kids and booked two ocean-facing rooms. Iced water and coffee are available downstairs. We checked in a bit late, so we dropped off our bags first before heading out to explore
The location is great, sea view and close to the attractions nearby. The room is dated but clean, overall very pleasant stay.
Everything was great, offering excellent value for money. The sea view was fantastic, and we even got to enjoy the sunset.
There's a Yoshinoya on the way to Koshigoe Station, and a very affordable supermarket and drugstore near Enoshima Station
Hotel is clean and tidy. Also having free breakfast. You can also walk to Enoshima Island.
The beach is right on your doorstep, and it's also close to the station. Very convenient!
It was a great location and staff.
A room is comfortable except a thin wall that we can hear conversation easily. But it’s an old Japanese house so I understand. Over all, I highly recommend :)
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered to drop off luggage at the next location. The space was small but very efficient, with all the necessary amenities, and the common areas were very clean
Room view is same as photo show, is traditional homestay so didn’t have private toilet. The way to washroom and bathroom will have warmer but after bath will be very cold in winter
The best place I’ve stayed in Japan so far, every employee I met was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel has such a unique style, and the location is so convenient.
A nice hotel with thin walls and shared bathrooms. But that didn't stop me from relaxing. Despite the modest decor, it's a lovely place.
The only downside was that the rooms weren't very soundproof, but we didn't encounter any noisy guests
The condominium for 4 people is the best cospa. Over 100 square meters! It was a spacious, beautiful hotel, directly connected to the parking lot on the first floor, and I definitely recommend it
She has helped us with any need we have required till the beginning. Face mask and rest of care tools were ready at the reception to take them. We definitely recomend this hotel!
The location is great, and there is parking nearby.
The room is large, the decor is nice, and a drink was delivered when I checked in. There are curling irons and straightening irons in the room. It is highly recommended if you go to Kamakura to play!
Love this hotel so much! With very big and spacious room. We booked the largest room with only 18000¥ which you couldnt find in else where. This hotel is very nearby to Enoshima Tower and Aquarium
I just hope the night-shift worker gets proper rest and support, as he was the only one on duty during our stay. He was very helpful and hardworking, and I hope management compensates him well
It was supposed to be just a simple one-night stopover, but I was really impressed with this hotel! It's small, no free on-site parking, but the service was perfect, they offer little toiletries at the reception that made my family so happy and delighted, the breakfast was pretty servicable, the location was great just round the corner from so much food and shops
The room was standard and serviceable. We parking a few mins to the west at a street parking lot overnight. You can stop in front of the hotel for a bit to do your bags
I booked this hotel at the last minute of my trip to Kamakura. Very close to Fujisawa station. Check in and check out can be done with a vending machine however staff is always there to support you
directly opposite Fujisawa station, rooms were compact but comfortable, with everything available
Well located hotel next to Fujisawa Station. Stayed in a clean and efficient twin room, with enough space for two adults and luggage. Breakfast is offered, small buffet style with both Japanese and Western choices
Small rooms but value for money. They allow you to select extra 4 pieces of beauty products from the check in counter, and they provide bath salts. Rooms are small but manage to fit all the necessary amenities

Hotel room was nicer than expected with a really spacious bathroom which had a 1 man sauna plus a big bath with jets & can easily fit 2 people. Bed very comfortable, location is great, price was spot on too
There is a nice cafe around the corner with a bay view and good food!
There is no elevator in the hotel, luckily we didn't have a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs
I love this place for stay, staff speaks English well, close from beach. They can drop you off to Fujisawa station and pickup too I believe. Which is very helpful. !! Good people and good place
SAUNA! IN THE ROOM! Free bike rental with surf board holder. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Comfortable beds and a big bathroom. Free coffee in the dining area
The older lady owner spoke decent English and certainly very kind and insightful. It was a very pleasant stay and wished we spent more than one night there
But most of all it was just incredible value. 8700 Yen for a twin room (single occupant)
Lovely experience of a Japanese style room, really beautiful and clean and the perfect location. Lovely hosts who stored our luggage before and after our stay so we could enjoy Enoshima to the full
The location is good located near the sea side. The hotel is traditional Japan inn. The old man at the reception is so nice and polite. I will highly recommend. Free parking outside the hotel.
Transportation is convenient; there's a JR line nearby, which is convenient for our marathon run, although the journey takes an hour, it's fortunate that the JR station is close by
It was nice that it was close to the station. The staff were also very friendly. I appreciated the freshly baked bread for breakfast. It was a fun trip.
This makes it convenient to visit the island in the morning or evening when there are fewer tourists. Rooms also offer views of Mount Fuji
Located between two train stations, it offers convenient access and is close to Enoshima Island, just a 10-minute walk away

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and I really enjoyed the comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I was surprised that the owner spoke Korean so well, and it was great to be able to converse with them
They kindly recommended restaurants near the hotel, and you can even drink and hang out with them at night. It seems they really love Korean music! If I ever come to Kamakura again, I'd love to stay here
The hotel is conveniently located just one stop above Kamakura Station, making it easy to find. The room was even better than the photos, quiet, and the service was excellent and patient
It was convenient to leave luggage at the hotel after check-out, allowing for easy travel. Getting up early allowed me to catch the sunrise and see Mount Fuji with excellent visibility
price wise it is really convinience place to stay, kind staf even.fot introvert being like my self
Great place! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kamakura.
