The location is great and the place is clean. Enough space for 4-5 luggages too. Staff service is also excellent. I just hope the night-shift worker gets proper rest and support, as he was the only one on duty during our stay. He was very helpful and hardworking, and I hope management compensates him well. Overall, we had a great experience. The room was cozy, clean, and exceptional for the price. Toiletries were complete, and they even provided a blower and a curler. Definitely recommended.

Yuka has been a top hoster. She has helped us with any need we have required till the beginning. The room was espectacular. Face mask and rest of care tools were ready at the reception to take them. We definitely recomend this hotel!

Amazing experience, very clean very friendly staff only 8 minutes from Enoshima bay. Will definitely be coming back

Love this hotel so much! With very big and spacious room. We booked the largest room with only 18000¥ which you couldnt find in else where.
This hotel is very nearby to Enoshima Tower and Aquarium. Very convenient place which near to convenient store. High recommend.
In first floor, you can have unlimited amenities, and drinks like coffee or soft drinks. They even provide you facial mask! The favourite of mine was corn soup! Love the taste.

I liked the big space which uncommon in Japan Hotels

I was expecting a smaller room but the room that we had reserved was actually really more like a penthouse or an apartment. It was way bigger than what we had expected as it was very roomy and complete with kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, in addition to the bedroom. It was very clean and I felt like we had space big enough to have a party! Additionally, the staff was very friendly. Despite the language barrier, we were able to get by and had our needs met.

-Security is really bad.
Everyone can enter or sneak in easily to guest room area by elevator which located on the street without any security check.
-There is no dubble lock key on guest room.
-You can hear voice from nextdoor.
-They dont take credit card payment.
They did not inform that when I made reservation.
And even they asked our credit card number when I made reservation.
- We had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff.She is not professional and told us lie when we request room change.
I used to work at hotel , so I know how it work.
However, this staff made it sound like it was my fault from the beginning.

The condominium for 4 people is the best cospa. Over 100 square meters! It was a spacious, beautiful hotel, directly connected to the parking lot on the first floor, and I definitely recommend it.
Amenity is selected at the front desk on the 2nd floor, and you can choose a drink at the drink bar for free.

The room is large, the decor is nice, and a drink was delivered when I checked in. There are curling irons and straightening irons in the room. Several things can be used. It is highly recommended if you go to Kamakura to play!
