The retro Nagareyama Railway station is right in front, and it's even been featured on TV as an apartment building that doubles as a station, making it literally 0 seconds away on foot.

This is a fairly average business hotel near the station. I stayed here because I had to go drinking around Shin-Matsudo Station. There are a few izakayas nearby. There seems to be a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left after exiting the entrance. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Shin-Matsudo.
