The hotel is very close to the station and there is a supermarket in AEON next to it, so it is very convenient to buy dinner. It is a hotel in a great location, but the bus and train to downtown Tokyo take some time, so you need to plan your itinerary.

The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's incredibly quiet despite being just a few minutes from Shin-Matsudo Station. The retro Nagareyama Railway station is right in front, and it's even been featured on TV as an apartment building that doubles as a station, making it literally 0 seconds away on foot.

This is a fairly average business hotel near the station. I stayed here because I had to go drinking around Shin-Matsudo Station. There are a few izakayas nearby. There seems to be a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left after exiting the entrance. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Shin-Matsudo.

The facilities were old, but clean. I was surprised to see ducks, but they said I could have one, so I took one home. However, there was no USB charging port for my phone, so I took one and forgot about it.

November 2025 I stayed here for a night after visiting Tokyo Disneyland. It's a love hotel, but I was pleased with how easy it was to reserve, how it had parking, and how reasonably priced it was.
