Really good stay here this past weekend. The place is a former love hotel so there are some quirks to it. Looking for a wardrobe for your things: you might be out of luck. Looking for a whirlpool bath with a while hostbof room lighting options‽ It's your lucky day!
The staff were super friendly, there are free soft drinksz and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and I'd stay there again without a doubt.
One thing to keep in mind is that check-in time is usually 6p.m. That was fine for me but might not be for everyone.
Really happy with my visit though and I'm I'll be back again if I'm in the Funabashi area.

I stayed here for a night after visiting Tokyo Disneyland. It's a love hotel, but I was pleased with how easy it was to reserve, how it had parking, and how reasonably priced it was.

The room was clean. There were no unpleasant smells from the bed or pillows, and I was able to sleep soundly. The service was very kind and attentive. I ordered a loco moco bowl late at night, and it was delicious. There were plenty of amenities, which is a plus for women. The website said there were bathrobes, but they were the kind of separate top and bottom you'd find in a hospital. I recommend bringing your own pajamas.

The shopkeeper is an old lady and very enthusiastic. If you buy breakfast, the shopkeeper will personally deliver it to your door at the designated time the next day. In addition, the room has an entrance hall, which many hotels may not have. The bathtub is also nice. The only small problem is that the location is average, neither good nor bad.

In the last time the room was smelling musty the bed the sheet and the pillows were damp and yellowish

I use it several times. I'm a little dissatisfied with the small washroom space (maybe it depends on the room ...), but no other complaints. The appearance is Loveho, but once you get inside, you feel like you've come to a slightly stylish spa. The front desk is also kind, there is nothing to be ashamed of, and you can easily enter as much as you forget about Love Hotel. You can choose a welcome drink, your favorite champurin, and bath salts, and it's fun every time.
