Design Hotel Blax in Hachioji

We stayed here for two nights. Check-in was at 8 PM, and we arrived too early with nowhere to go, so we asked at the reception if we could check in earlier. The receptionist kindly suggested an open space downstairs and came up with a cheap plan for us, which was a great help as we were able to relax until check-in time. The room was clean and just the right size for three people, and it was very comfortable. On the second night, we checked out and were about to go out when they kindly offered to hold our luggage for us. When we arrived at the hotel on the second night, they told us that they had only prepared meals for two people due to their mistake, and as an apology, they asked us to order three food items of our choice. It was truly amazing service, and we would like to stay here again. All the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The room has a nice atmosphere and is very clean.

The fact that they have shampoo and other items available for rental at the reception is a great plus.

It's also great that there are many restaurants nearby.

This was my first time using the hotel, during the daytime on a holiday.
I was looking for a non-smoking room and was a little worried about the fact that only heated tobacco products were allowed, but there was no smell at all and it was a comfortable stay.
I chose a higher-grade room, and it was just as described on the official website. There were plenty of amenities, so I arrived empty-handed and it was no problem. There was also a coffee machine, which was nice.
Walking through the building to the basement, I found a manga room with a decent collection, with the latest issues of Jump and other major boys' magazines, which was more than I needed.
There was also a drink server, so guests could read and drink freely.
The lack of free on-site parking is a downside (which is why I gave the location four stars), but there are many Times and Mitsui Repark stores nearby, and if you're staying overnight, Shimizu Park in front of the station seems to have an affiliated service.
The in-room dining service also had a wide variety of food and beverages, and the food was delicious.
It's close to Hachioji Station and a little hard to find, but there are many restaurants around the station, so there are plenty of options for lunch, dinner, and drinks, which is nice.
I have registered as a member so that I can use it again.
