Nearby Keio Hachioji station and very good clean and comfortable room. I liked the free hot cake service at the hotel entrance food corner too

Overall quite good, location is perfect, just a bit far from other tourist areas. The only thing was the freezer is not cold enough.

I was taking an exam nearby, and there are three convenience stores right downstairs, which is really handy. It's also very close to the subway station. Even though this area is on the outskirts of Tokyo, it's very convenient, and I saw a lot of Japanese people living here.

The facilities are complete and the service is excellent. Even though I arrived early and couldn't check in yet, they arranged for me to store my luggage, which made it easy to go out for food and shopping. The only thing I think could be improved is that there was no drinking water in the room. When I stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel nearby before, there was drinking water in the fridge.

A few STEPS away from KEIO HACHIOJI STATION that can LEAD to SHIBUYA STATION if you're a TRAVELER. About 10 minutes are going to JR HACHIOJI STATION.

Excellent Stay with the Sweetest Staff
From the moment we arrived, the check-in was swift and welcoming—truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side—but that’s to be expected in Japan. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety, with options that cater to both local and Western tastes. All in all, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

Great location, in front of Keio Hachioji Station, probably not the cleanest hotel but it was fine.
