This is a new hotel, with relatively large rooms but extremely well set out. The beds and extremely comfy and the facilities of the hotel are exceptional. One can even get BBC news on the large TV. It’s a 500 metre easy walk to the station, with numerous restaurants close by, as well as an enormous shopping centre around the corner.

I already provided my review. I stayed 2x in this hotel with a Tokio break due to business reason. And I'll come back. I think, this says all.

The only room available was a smoking room, so I applied for one. I had requested smoking disposal, but as soon as I opened the door, the smell of cigarettes hit me hard. I managed to get rid of it by spraying deodorizing spray on the walls, curtains, carpet, and the whole room. The room was on the 8th floor, so it was nice to be able to see the fireworks over Lake Senba from my room.
