The hotel is clean and the rooms are functional but very small. Breakfast is served until 06:30 to 09:00, which is too early to wake up.
However, as others have said in their reviews, there is only one elevator, and it has a small capacity, which is inconvenient. It is especially stressful when you are on the lower floors.

Though they've put this on the description "There's NO enough parking lots", I think they can do better by letting customers book their parking lot or maybe cooperating with nearby parking places.
Also the reception service is not polite enough, by Japanese hotel standard.

This is a new hotel, with relatively large rooms but extremely well set out. The beds and extremely comfy and the facilities of the hotel are exceptional. One can even get BBC news on the large TV. It’s a 500 metre easy walk to the station, with numerous restaurants close by, as well as an enormous shopping centre around the corner.

The hotel location is good 10 min walk from Katsuta station . The rooms are clean . WiFi is good . The only down side is the size of the room and some of my colleagues complained the pillow was hard. The breakfast is so and so. Can fill you up . The cost was very low . 50 dollars a night. And its a 3 star hotel. I can recommend.

Is a typical business hotel, breakfast is pretty much like others . The service is good but the rooms are too small and the pillows are terrible.

I had a very good stay, only downside was that my same floor nabor was quite load, you can also hear people walking down the hallway and closing doors pretty clearly. But the room was cheap and very clean, it was also bigger then I thought it would be, which was very nice. The staff were very kind, but they didn't understand much English, so you will have to know basic Japanese for a better experience imo.

It's convenient near the station. There were so many restaurants near the hotel that I was confused as to where to go. The inside of the hotel is also clean.
I'm also happy that there is a large public bath on the first floor. The seats in the breakfast restaurant were small and felt cramped. From a cost performance standpoint, it's reasonable.

Close to Katsuta train station, but not much to do in the area.
The employees were pleasant and willing to do what they can, but speaking only very few words of English. That makes things very difficult.
Rooms are really tiny, but clean. I didn't even have proper space for my suitecase.
Self Service Laundry in the hall is a big bonus .

Cheap clean hotel with Kosen bath.
Pretty good breakfast.
10 min walk to station.
Lots of restaurants and bars ( live bands) in that area.

The onsen was a little grimey. But it was ok otherwise

Nice hotel for a decent price. Rooms are simple but clean. I could bring by bicycle to the room, but elevator (like most hotels) was small. Breakfast was simple but OK. You can bake your own eggs. Breakfast until 09:00, onsen until 09:30. Friendly staff trying to speak English.
