It was ok. Basic but clean. Onsen is there. If you want to go out during the afternoon, when there is no staff, make sure you remember the side door code to get back In.

Nice and adorable pric

There were two hairs in the bathtub.
The air conditioner wouldn't turn on no matter how many times I tried.
It snowed and was a cold day today, so I called the front desk.
They answered after about 15 rings.

When I explained that the air conditioner wouldn't turn on no matter how many times I tried,
they just said, "Uh huh."

No apology. They didn't even ask if the remote or air conditioner's operation lights were on.

When I asked if I could borrow a blanket, they said, "Yes, you can."
The front desk clerk was a middle-aged Japanese man whose Japanese was terrible.

I had just taken a bath and didn't want to leave the room, so I asked if they could leave it in front of the room, and they said, "Sure."

When I looked in front of the room, it was lying directly on the floor.

They may have left it there because it would only be for a moment, but some staff members think it's okay to treat guest blankets like that, which means they don't think they're dirty.

So how do the staff manage these blankets? It's frightening to think about it.
I couldn't use the blanket as I thought it had been placed directly on the floor behind the scenes.

I don't think it's right to charge a room fee for this.

It was extremely dirty, and I don't know if the bath was even cleaned, but for some reason there was hair on the ceiling.

There were no toothbrushes or other items in the room, and no instructions on how to use the public bath, so I went to the front desk to look for a toothbrush before going to bed. No explanation was given at the reception.

I don't believe for a second that the customer is god, but I'm paying to stay here so I would like them to provide at least the minimum level of service and explanation.

It was really the worst. It was so cold I couldn't sleep well.

I'll never stay here again.

The freezer in the refrigerator was weak, so the ice packs didn't freeze.
However, since I don't usually use it, it's probably within reason (I just needed it this time).

The room is old overall.
There was a sink in the room.
When I turned on the faucet, only a trickle came out at first, but when I turned it further, a gusher came out.

The worst thing about it was the awful smell when I entered the room.
I wonder if it was related to the drainage?

Very good service.

I love Japanese style rooms. There is a basin in the room but toilets and showers are downstairs they recommended a great restaurant down the road. I enjoyed my stay and there was a man at the front desk who spoke a little English which was great. They have good coin washing and drying machines too.

It was cheap, clean, and the front desk staff was polite and nice.
It would have been nice if the slippers were disposable, but
Also, if I have a chance, I would like to use it.

It's inexpensive and the bath is just the right size for up to 5 people.
Meals are also about 300 meters away.
There is a family restaurant where you can have a fun meal.
There were no problems with the room.
I also appreciate the drink service at the front desk.
It was a facility that I would like to use again.
Thank you
