The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro East Exit. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of fresh, authentic Japanese dishes.

The room is really small, even if I requested to look for a different dimension, my 2 luggages couldn’t barely fit. But, still it was manageable. The hotel is clean, very friendly receptionist (monolingual- but really attempts to help through Ai & Google Translate). However, when I booked here at Trip.com, it required me a pre-authorization for almost the same amount as the cost of my actual booking. And it has been days, my refund is not yet back.

Amazing location and service, staff at the front were very friendly.
Everyone complain about returning key when you go out, but it doesn't take a lot of time whether you put it in a box or returning it at the front when you come back — so no worries.
Room was very nice and clean, standart. Definitely would stay here again.

Super dirty and smelly! We booked 4 nights but left after the first night! The TV never switched off and it was so bright that we can’t sleep all night!

I've stayed here many times, and it's always my first choice when I come to Tokyo. It's incredibly friendly for anime fans, very convenient for stores like Animate, K-BOOKS, and Comic Toranoana. This time, my friend needed to send me a package, and I really appreciate that the hotel held it for me from the 9th to the 13th.

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, right in the heart of Ikebukuro. There are plenty of vending machines and convenience stores nearby, and it's surrounded by anime and manga shops. The customer service was great, and the environment was also very pleasant. Everything about it was perfect! The room wasn't big, but it was exactly my type – small and neat. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Clean, cosy hotel within 5 mins walk from the Sunshine Prince Hotel(SPH). You can take the Airport Limousine Coach to SPH and walk to Grand City. Really in a convenient location with the usual Family, 7-11 and Lawson marts within 1min walk. Room size is similar to many of the local hotels. Hotel breakfast is also good.. local spread with some western usuals cooked in familiar Japanese style.

1 person room a but narrow space. Hard to open 24 inches luggage. But good location & convenient. Just night might facing some over drunk peoples.

We took about 10 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro train station with our luggage to reach the hotel. The hotel was centrally located with some convenience stores, such as 7-11 and Family Mart, and a McDonald's fast food restaurant, which was particularly convenient for a vegetarian like me. It was walking distance to the Seiyu supermarket, Daiso and Can Do shop (100 yen) on our last day to stock up back home. The only thing is that there is no vegetarian breakfast available from the hotel.
