The hotel isn't far in a straight line from JR Hamamatsucho Station, but with luggage, you'll need to cross two traffic lights (one large, one small) and walk about 600 meters. Once you reach the FamilyMart convenience store and turn, you'll see the hotel's logo right above the FamilyMart.
The hotel is also very close to the Yurikamome Line, which is super convenient for getting to Minato Ward and Shimbashi.

The front desk is on the second floor. Check-in is done via a self-service machine. You can store your luggage in a dedicated space, but you'll need to use a transit card or other payment device to link and retrieve it. It doesn't show if or how much money was deducted.

The room is small. There are two mattresses laid flat. The bathroom and shower are standard Japanese style. You can open one suitcase larger than 28 inches without a problem, but opening two would make it difficult to access the bathroom and sink. The soundproofing in the room is just average, it's really a matter of luck. On our third night, a ** (derogatory term for a foreigner, usually from a certain Asian country) moved in next door. They came in at 11:30 PM, and I'm not sure if it was luggage hitting the wall or something else, but there was a lot of banging. Then, before 5 AM the next morning, their friend started banging on the door frantically for several minutes until the guy next door finally said, 'I know,' and opened the door to talk for a bit before it stopped. They must have checked out that morning, as we weren't woken up early again after that.

The front desk has a dining area with a microwave, coffee machine, and free bread. This place seems to host many Southeast Asian and European guests. The female staff at the front desk are all very good, friendly, and always smiling.

The location is fantastic! The Yurikamome Line is right downstairs, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station, which is perfect for catching an early flight from Haneda the next day. You can also easily visit Ginza and Odaiba. During the self-check-in process, you can choose a room with a sea view, but I recommend picking a floor above the 6th to avoid the noise from the train tracks.

This hotel is incredibly convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk from Hamamatsucho Station, making it super easy to get to Haneda Airport or take the JR line to other attractions. While the room is a standard compact Japanese style, the space is very well utilized, and the bathroom is spotless. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. It's perfect for independent travelers.

Located right below Takeshiba, it's a convenient 10-minute walk to Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations, with a convenience store and fast food right downstairs. The cleanliness was just okay, and the bedding attracted a lot of dust. The area is very quiet, and I recommend getting a high-floor room for the sea view.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location. Helpful amenities such as coin laundry and coffee machine.

Excellent location. Although the room is small but with a window facing the sea makes the room comfy and bright.

The room looks pretty much like the pictures. The hotel reception is on the second floor; you'll see a FamilyMart convenience store on the street level, and the hotel is right above it. You need to use your key card to access the rooms via the elevator. It's a relatively new hotel, and when you pull back the roller blinds, you're greeted with a night view. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Yamanote Line.

Arrived before check-in time, and there was an area for you to store your luggage so that you still can go around exploring Tokyo hands-free. The area was very convenient as it was near a few train stations as well as the JR line. It is also located close to the monorail line which goes to Haneda airport. The room however, was small which is quite typically seen in Tokyo would recommend for solo travellers, but might be a bit cramp for a couple.
