The smoke deletion in the room is very good - you barely notice that it is a smoking room when entering. The smell was more extreme in another hotel where I was.
Also APA hotel thinks of little details like marking one faucet in the bathroom with "drinking water". My previous hotel only had very chlorid rich water and no information on drinkability, so it is very kind that the information was put in the bathroom.
The ambience and lighting of the room is also very nice. And there was a bottle of water on the table which I really appreciated when arriving after an exhausting trip (because I was still not sure if tapping water can be drunk).
So alltogether it feels like this hotel really thinks about the small extra things that really make the stay better for guests and give you a comfortable headstart upon arrival. Staff was also very kind and helpful (I got help on opening the window, thank you).
Check-in is also quick and easy using the APA app.
There's also a convenience store just a few minutes' walk away.
The price was very reasonable.
