The price was pretty good, considering it was cherry blossom season.

The room is standard for a Japanese hotel, just as small as always, and the breakfast is very basic.

The main reason I chose this place was the price. Staying three nights over Chinese New Year for under 1000 yen total is incredible value for money. However, Hachioji is really far from central Tokyo. If you plan on going to the city center daily, I'd highly recommend getting a JR Pass and reserving seats on the limited express Chuo Line for specific times each day, otherwise you'll be standing for almost an hour during the morning and evening rush hours. As for the hotel itself, it's a standard business hotel – no frills, no extensive facilities or services. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the South Exit of Hachioji Station. Hachioji is a well-developed satellite city, so you won't have any trouble finding places to eat and drink around the JR station. It's a very convenient and comfortable option if you're planning to visit nearby Mount Takao.

Suitable for a single person, as all rooms are singles. It's affordable. The breakfast is a boxed meal, and it's the same every day. Not suitable for families.

I booked this room a month in advance for just over 100 [currency], which was a great deal. It's super close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. Plus, it's only a 20-minute walk to what's supposedly the largest Book Off in Japan – definitely worth checking out for some great finds!

The room was a bit small, and Hachioji is a little out of the way, but everything else was great.

The breakfast was a bit simple, but the price was quite affordable, so the value for money was decent. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It would be great if the breakfast were better, or at least if the variety changed up a bit.

I've stayed here several times now. It's convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping, with excellent transport links. The facilities are comprehensive, and it's clean and quiet. Very satisfied.
