Very friendly, helpful, and offered me excellent suggestions for dinner and izakaya options for the evening. Buffet breakfast was actually wonderful

The room was really small but good thing we just needed a place to sleep because we were out during the day. Very close to the station and my husband and I enjoyed the onsen

I went during the middle day of a three-day weekend. It was relatively affordable compared to other hotels, so I chose it as a base for sightseeing in Gunma. As an APA member, the 11:00 AM checkout is a nice perk

Within an easy short walk from the front door of the rail station, this APA has everything I needed for a first night in Japan for my 2025 Japan trip. I loved Takasaki city, as well as the staff here at this APA

Storage lockers in an easy to get to location when you get there early or when you check out and want to keep exploring the city. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of dishes to choose from

The laundry room was a huge bonus, especially after sweating through the summer and ending up with a pile of dirty clothes. The location is excellent, being very close to the station

The waiting area for the multi-storey car park is a smoking area, and when our family got in and out of the car, we were bothered by the smell of cigarettes if there was a smoker there

They offer free ramen at night, and after a dip in the hot spring, you get ice cream, which is fantastic! The breakfast was rich and varied; we stayed for two nights, and the menu changed daily, so it never got boring!

The air conditioning unit was a little loud, but other than that, it was very comfortable and helped me recover from my trip. I'd definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I was disappointed not to be able to try the complimentary late-night ramen, but I'll definitely make sure to try it on my next visit

Due to my own mistake, I booked a smoking room, but they were able to change my reservation (from 3 nights to 1 night) and to a non-smoking room that was available on the day, which was very helpful (I have asthma)

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the high-speed rail station. It is clean and sanitary, and the front desk service is also in place. The breakfast and drinks are OK. There is also a bathhouse…

Nice location which close to Takasaki Station. Hotel with great breakfast services, onsen and amenities is provided. Drink session is until 12.30am and you can enjoy even u are thirsty. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was delicious, but the elevators were crowded during breakfast and check-out times. On busy days, you may have to wait for the elevator to load multiple times, so make sure you allow plenty of time.

The dining area at Chuo-Maebashi Station is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast staff were extremely welcoming and the atmosphere was great, with a focus on Japanese cuisine

This was my first time staying here. I had no particular complaints. I wish the room was a little larger, though.

The room is spacious and the bed and pillows are great. It's hard to find on Google Maps. The shower is also excellent. The hairdryer is also excellent.

Inside, you can see that the building itself is not new, but I thought it was good because it felt clean. The staff was very responsive, so I had no complaints. There were a lot of shampoos etc

This hotel truly excels in hospitality. The first time I stayed, I was woken up by a midnight announcement around 4 a. (a false fire alarm) and had a terrible experience

But since the hotel right across the street was fully booked, I ended up returning. Personally, I obviously don't have a good impression of it, but it has a small number of rooms and the service is attentive

Excellent location, straight to -from takasaki station. The elevator is on 1&2 floor , just go into the middle of the building. Very easy access. The hotel is 10-12 floor, lobby on 10th.

The room overlooks the rotary in front of the station, so you can see the trains arriving and departing. The noise from the air conditioner isn't bothersome. I'll definitely use your service again

Beautiful ofuro/onsen. Were very helpful, held our bag both before and after checking in/out. Breakfast hD good selection for both western and Japanese.

It has everything you need. Hot tub, massage chair, microwave. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Takasaki area.

The price is much higher than other hotels in the area, but I don't think it's particularly good. There is a mobile massage chair in the room, which is pretty good

You can go directly to the hotel lobby from the east exit of Takasaki Station via the outdoor walkway on the second floor, and the hotel lobby, rooms, large communal bath on the 10th floor, and breakfast venue on the second floor are all very satisfying facilities

There is a 711 on the right when you come out of the hotel, and dining can be done at Gaoqi Station. I was too rushed to use the bathhouse on the 10th floor this time. I plan to stay here next time and give it a try

The room was bigger than expected and very cost-effective. The bathroom was the largest I've ever stayed in Japan, very Japanese style.

Comparing to Japanese hotels it's ok but comparing to European hotels you will feel the difference. Rooms are quite small but clean

It was a little far from the station, but it was comfortable. There were very cute goldfish. The reception staff were very kind, and it was a good stay overall.
