Clean hotel with great staff and service. The best thing is definitely the location which steps out into the main arcade. Family mart down below and affiliated parking available for reasonable price (although car park is 4min walk from hotel). The only thing was that their coin laundry within the hotel absolutely does not work. Ran drying 3 times and clothes still came out wet. Just go to another...

I stay here pretty much every time when coming for work in Kochi. Not many good hotels in Kochi and given its great location and good breakfast, hard to beat. Prices are also reasonable.

The hotel facilities and service details are excellent! Staff service is of high quality! It can also be regarded as a model for Japanese hotel chains!

Close to the shopping street, shopping is convenient. The waiters are polite and smiling. It is worthy of praise.

The hotel is a little old, but the location is great! I also thought the staff (front desk and parking staff) were very helpful. I stayed in a twin room, and the room was spacious and very satisfying! I'd like to stay here again next time I visit Kochi.

The hotel has excellent access to Kochi's tourist attractions, and I felt that the fact that Kochi Castle and Hirome Market are within walking distance was a big attraction. You can easily return to the hotel between sightseeing trips to rest or put your luggage away, and it was also very convenient to be able to return to the hotel immediately after enjoying a meal at Hirome Market in the evening

Rooms are quite old and need renovations. Service is quite nice. Breakfast is good but overpriced, with 2400 yen you will have better choices.

Although I only stayed overnight, the room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed multiple nights, and there were restaurants nearby, so I was able to enjoy a typical Kochi meal. The parking attendant was friendly and I was a little happy to talk to me.

The rooms are dated, but clean and spacious. The mattresses and bed covers need to be renewed, but I slept OK. Would stay again. Good breakfast and on site parking.

This is probably a place for group tours. The focus was on the flow of things, and I didn't get the feeling of New Year's. Every year, we go on a New Year's family trip to various hot spring resorts and stay at decent hotels, but this time I felt like I made a mistake.

I stayed here last year as well. It was such a great experience that I wanted to stay here again this year, so I chose this hotel. The quality of the food seemed to have improved compared to last year. The bonito tataki was delicious. Also, the breakfast area was conveniently located, and they made efforts to avoid overcrowding, which was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel when I visit Kochi...

I went to Hirome Market earlier than check-in time, but I was able to park my car in the parking lot. The open-air bath was also very nice, and the breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The Thursday Market was right outside the inn, so I was able to buy fresh vegetables and fruits early in the morning. Thanks to this, I had a great trip.

The "Yudono-Suiyokaku" at the Sancuiyuan Hotel is the only natural hot spring in Kochi Castle. Seasonal Tosa cuisine is served for dinner. It was a great stay and good food, and it was another wonderful day in Kochi.

Really great stay here. Wonderful staff that made you feel at ease and taken care of. Good breakfast selection as well with a wide selection of local and non-local foods. Pham Ngoc Thanh Thu in particular was really welcoming and wonderful at the front desk, she always made sure we had everything we needed, so big thank you to her!

The price-performance ratio is very low. I live in a room on the 7th floor on the road side. There is a smell of oil smoke. Next to it is the exhaust vent of the anorectal hospital. I dare not open the window. If I don't open it, there is no ventilation. The toilet has a smell. There is no hot spring, only hot water bath. Except for the food and service, everything else is really average.

I stayed here for one night about 2 years ago. I was planning another trip and remembered I never left a review. It was really awesome.....At the door, a gentleman came to ask our names. He knew we were staying today and came to greet us. We were arranged in a Western-style room with yukata, socks, and clogs ready. The yukata was super nice...I went to the big bathroom to take a bath at night and slept comfortably. The breakfast the next day was too exaggerated...A lot of odds and ends. I was shocked by the ritual...

In any case, the building was old and smelled dusty. There were very few electrical outlets, so I couldn't use the hair iron in front of the mirror, so I had to buy an extension cord at a convenience store. The futon was small. There wasn't much food in the evening. The toilet was small. Breakfast was good. The public bath was also good. The people at the inn were nice.

It was a good location on foot from Kochi Station. The Japanese-style room was also very nice, and it felt like the fatigue of the trip was relieved by the hot spring. If I come to Kochi next time, I want to stay
