Kochi, Kutanda 9-15 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are beautiful, you're getting nice coffee as a bonus.
I only stay once, but I use it many times other than this. It is a hotel on the top floor of the prefecture. So the view from the rooms on the top floors and from the restaurant and bar on the top floor is beautiful during the day and night. Of course, the rooms and the staff are great. This does not necessarily mean that you cannot enjoy the view if you do not stay overnight. The restaurant and bar...
Very good breakfast.. Nice rooms
Very good, spacious to Japanese standard, very confortable, awesome restaurant on top floor great view and very good service and friendly
The best customer service of any hotel I’ve been at, bar none, including places in tourist destinations and major cities. We were stuck at chickurunji shrine and needed to get to a boat an hour away. No taxis, no Uber and not much English anywhere. We called the hotel - the manager personally came and dropped off a cab with instructions to get us to our next destination and found his way back himself...
Beer garden was a fantastic all you can eat experience. It was of course expensive but the quality was there. The venue was beautiful, they had a large variety of cooked and cold food as well as alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks. Definitely recommend for an event.

Kochi, Honmachi 4-2-50 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is very old and conveniently located, very close to the fish market, about 8-10 minutes walk, there is a parking lot, but it is charged
The hotel is a little old, but the location is great!
I also thought the staff (front desk and parking staff) were very helpful.
I stayed in a twin room, and the room was spacious and very satisfying!
I'd like to stay here again next time I visit Kochi.
The hotel has excellent access to Kochi's tourist attractions, and I felt that the fact that Kochi Castle and Hirome Market are within walking distance was a big attraction. You can easily return to the hotel between sightseeing trips to rest or put your luggage away, and it was also very convenient to be able to return to the hotel immediately after enjoying a meal at Hirome Market in the evening
Although I only stayed overnight, the room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed multiple nights, and there were restaurants nearby, so I was able to enjoy a typical Kochi meal.
The parking attendant was friendly and I was a little happy to talk to me.
The hotel parking fee is 1,500 yen from April. It is an old building, so the bathroom smelled, but there is a Korean-speaking staff member.
I checked into this hotel while on the road, but it was worth it! But it's still clean! Although it’s small, it’s okay! I checked into this hotel while on the road, but it was worth it! But it's still clean! Although it’s small, it’s okay!

Kochi, Takajo-machi 1-3-35 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We could not deny that the building was getting old, but all the staff responded very carefully. He was used in a wheelchair, but he often followed me, and I felt relieved. The large shared bathroom and dining area were also wheelchair accessible, and I was surprised by the volume of dinner. In addition, the breakfast is no worse than dinner, and you can choose between Japanese and Western styles,...
This hotel gives you the feeling you just step out of a time machine and have gone 40 years back in time, but very positive. Good service and nice rooms!
Outdoor hot spring with good mountain view, sauna available
Very nice Onsen in this city full of history, particularly for those who consider themselves a fan of Sakamoto Ryoma. The onsen itself was nice, there is both an indoor and outdoor. The service was wonderful, but the food, though plentiful, was just ok (one star less for that).

Kochi, Kamimachi 2-5-34 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good location, advanced facilities, high quality food, especially the breakfast buffet with many choices and good taste. The hotel staff are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, which is a very good impression.
The price-performance ratio is very low. I live in a room on the 7th floor on the road side. There is a smell of oil smoke. Next to it is the exhaust vent of the anorectal hospital. I dare not open the window. If I don't open it, there is no ventilation. The toilet has a smell. There is no hot spring, only hot water bath. Except for the food and service, everything else is really average.
It was really awesome.....At the door, a gentleman came to ask our names. He knew we were staying today and came to greet us. We were arranged in a Western-style room with yukata, socks, and clogs ready. The yukata was super nice...I went to the big bathroom to take a bath at night and slept comfortably.
The breakfast the next day was too exaggerated...A lot of odds and ends. I was shocked by the ritual...
It was an old-style inn, but the room was spacious and I was able to relax.
The hotel offers traditional Japanese hospitality in a renovated setting. The view from the rooftop bath is amazing as well as the kaiseki cuisine.
This time, it was a weekday, but the surrounding hotels were expensive, so I decided to stay here since I thought I could pay the same amount.
I hadn't decided whether to stay in a Western-style room or a Japanese-style room, so I chose a Japanese-style room for the first time by myself.
The room was clean and spacious, or maybe too spacious for one person.
The toilet and bath are in separate rooms...

Kochi, Okawasuji 1-4-8 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
In any case, the building was old and smelled dusty.
There were very few electrical outlets, so I couldn't use the hair iron in front of the mirror, so I had to buy an extension cord at a convenience store.
The futon was small.
There wasn't much food in the evening.
The toilet was small.
Breakfast was good.
The public bath was also good.
The people at the inn were nice.
There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel location, which is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, and the bathhouse is comfortable and spacious.
The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. There is a TV, free wifi, the bathroom is very clean, the hardware facilities are first-class, and the service is very good. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
It was a good location on foot from Kochi Station.
The Japanese-style room was also very nice, and it felt like the fatigue of the trip was relieved by the hot spring.
If I come to Kochi next time, I want to stay
