I stay here pretty much every time when coming for work in Kochi. Not many good hotels in Kochi and given its great location and good breakfast, hard to beat. Prices are also reasonable.

You can easily return to the hotel between sightseeing trips to rest or put your luggage away, and it was also very convenient to be able to return to the hotel immediately after enjoying a meal at Hirome Market in the evening

Check-in was smooth even though it was done via a machine, and there was a friendly staff member nearby who stepped in to help and speed up the process when needed — a small touch, but very much appreciated

There are convenience stores nearby where we bought snacks and enjoy the free coffee at the hotel lounge. We are glad breakfast is provided too as it can be a little difficult to find eateries nearby, and it is delicious

The bonito tataki was delicious. Also, the breakfast area was conveniently located, and they made efforts to avoid overcrowding, which was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel when I visit Kochi Prefecture again

The "Yudono-Suiyokaku" at the Sancuiyuan Hotel is the only natural hot spring in Kochi Castle. Seasonal Tosa cuisine is served for dinner. It was a great stay and good food, and it was another wonderful day in Kochi.

The room is rather small. The bed is OK but the pillow is too small and not comfortable. The onsen is of course the attraction. The room itself less. Kochi is an excellent place for local delicacies.

Very typical dormy inn, good location, then bare minimum on most things but for the price, it's good. The Aircon has a cranky noise that affects you resting. But the onsen and the snacks are good!

We stopped at the southern town of Kochi during our Shikoku cycling challenging around the island. It was a long day after 130km from Shishiku but finally arrived at the Dormy Inn at around 3:30pm

Staff are polite and efficient, the small onsen is lovely after a day out, and the location couldn’t be better. Skipped breakfast after seeing the 20-minute wait — I’d skip the meal plan next time

Great stay at Bright Park hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. Kochi castle is about 10 minute walk away and there are plenty is restaurants nearby

There is no laundry service on site, but there is a 24 laundrette 2 minute walk away where you can wash your clothes for ¥300

This hotel is in a fantastic location, the Sunday Market happens right out the front door. Good eats, the covered mall, and train station are all a very short walk.

Many food stalls and ramen shops were opened till midnight so it's easy accessible from hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. They try there best to communicate in English which is really to be appreciated

Hotel is in front of JR Kochi Station. Location is very strategic. We booked twin bed and the room is quite big. This is one of the best (3 star hotel) that we stayed when we visit shikoku area.

When they could not find one for me, to extend their help, they offer me a special large Japanese style room for the night that it is not normally used and could accommodate many people on futons all for myself at the very affordable price of a single room

My last chance was to check in person at the Hotel Takasago Hotel, which it turned out to be fully booked as well. But the Front Desk helped me to find a hotel with availability by calling several of them in Japanese

There is a bath in the room, but I didn't use it because there is a hot spring with long opening hours. The hot springs are good, but foreigners can use them for 800 yen, so it was crowded between 2:00 and 4:00 pm

The cottages are nice, but quite far from the main building (across a bridge) which makes it hard to get to the onsen bath especially at night (must be hard when raining). Food and service are excellent 😀

Prefectural Road 33, which is close to Kochi Airport and Kochi Interchange, is also under construction, and can only be passed for 10 minutes per hour. It hurts that other roads have no guardrails and are respectful

There is a desk, but it is an integral type of dresser, and my back hurts when I work at the desk for a long time. I can work to some extent, but it hurts that there is no safe or TV

We charge a fairly high accommodation fee for use during the year-end and New Year holidays, but we are not convinced that the bathing fee for outpatients is not up for grabs
