Clean hotel with great staff and service. The best thing is definitely the location which steps out into the main arcade. Family mart down below and affiliated parking available for reasonable price (although car park is 4min walk from hotel). I stay here pretty much every time when coming for work in Kochi. Not many good hotels in Kochi and given its great location and good breakfast, hard to beat. Prices are also reasonable.

The hotel facilities and service details are excellent! Staff service is of high quality! It can also be regarded as a model for Japanese hotel chains!

Close to the shopping street, shopping is convenient. The waiters are polite and smiling. It is worthy of praise.

Clean and quiet on the commercial street

Happy enough for the price, the facilities remaineds the old 80 and 90s good time, just like the whole city.

Great location! Everything is great for me and my boyfriend!

When I checked in, I was greeted very kindly and it was very nice.

It was a very convenient location in the center of Kochi City. I only stayed one night, so the price was reasonable and I would definitely use it again next time.

The station, convenience stores, and paid parking are all within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly.

In any case, the building was old and smelled dusty. There were very few electrical outlets, so I couldn't use the hair iron in front of the mirror, so I had to buy an extension cord at a convenience store. The futon was small. There wasn't much food in the evening. The toilet was small. Breakfast was good. The public bath was also good. The people at the inn were nice.

There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel location, which is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, and the bathhouse is comfortable and spacious.

The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. There is a TV, free wifi, the bathroom is very clean, the hardware facilities are first-class, and the service is very good. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a good location on foot from Kochi Station. The Japanese-style room was also very nice, and it felt like the fatigue of the trip was relieved by the hot spring. If I come to Kochi next time, I want to stay

A bit out of decoration, but overall clean & tidy, with excellent homey service.

The open-air bath was nice and clean. The breakfast was fine, but the room was dimly lit. It would be better if there was some light from outside.

It's full of Showa-era vibes, but it's very clean. It's a 5-minute walk from Kochi Station. There's a coin laundry, so you can do your laundry. There's a large public bath and an open-air bath on the top floor, so you can quickly soothe your fatigue. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I go to Kochi.

The hotel's location is a bit difficult to find, but it's easy to find. Parking is limited to one session for guests with a car, and is valid from 8 PM to 10 AM the following morning. When I checked out, the front desk clerk mocked me, saying, "Did you stay alone? (lol)" but other than that I was satisfied. I don't understand the intention behind that comment. We arrived after 9pm so there was no welcome drink, but the breakfast was delicious. Also, the kids seemed happy with the children's slippers, which was a great help.

I was able to stay here with peace of mind even with my children! The rooms were clean! When I asked the front desk where the parking lot was, they were very kind and explained it to me!

The nostalgic feel was nice. The facilities are old but kept clean and reassuring.

The hotel itself is old and has a few things that might be unbearable for someone who is very particular about cleanliness, but all the staff were kind and polite, so we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfectly fine even with children, but the lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient. I highly recommend it to anyone who supports the Seibu Lions or the Kochi soccer team.

It's located within Haruno General Athletic Park, less than a 30-minute drive from Kochi Station. The park entrance closes at 10 p.m., so if you plan to arrive after that, contact the hotel in advance to inquire about entry procedures. The rooms feel more like training facility accommodations than hotels, and the standard private rooms don't have bathrooms or toilets. It's difficult to get here without...

There was no elevator, and someone brought the luggage to the room with a tow bag, but when checking out, I had to carry it down to the ground floor. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room. I asked to change rooms, but because the room was full, I couldn't. The stag were so welcoming in my arrival, remembering me from a few weeks ago when I stayed 2 nights. They had already organised a vegetarian Japanese breakfast for me.

The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was small and the tiles were sticky and disgusting. For this price, including breakfast, there was no midnight snack. It would be better to choose another hotel with a bathroom.

It was also helpful that they laid out the futons for us. The bath was clean and we were able to relax in the warm water. The parking lot was hard to find. I was able to get a good rest...Thank you very much.

Although the facility has a Showa-era feel, it was very clean and comfortable.

Noisy Japanese male groups didn't close the door and keep talking loud even in midnight. Closing doors without holding the handles was really loud and disturbing at 12am. I understand it was a nice time to hang out with friends but should shut the doors to let other customers rest properly. Do not choose the option with room chosen by the hotel.

The perfect hotel for those who love retro sensibility. The breakfast is also great, and you are lucky enough to be able to relax in the large public bath.

Overall, it was a good experience. The only downside was that the daytime was room cleaning time, and you couldn't stay there. I don't know what time it started in the morning and ended at 4 pm, because one day I went back around 2 pm and the staff said I couldn't go back to my room until 4 pm.

A cute older sister will welcome you. If you come to Kochi for the time being, I think you should stay here ♪ The bed space is cute and stylish.

Very humane hotel, whether it is location, hotel hardware, price, etc., is a hotel worth staying in.

A new hostel in the vegetable garden. There is a cafe and bar on the first floor, and we always get draft beer at check-in. It is close to the city center (especially the bar) and is a recommended place for night patrols. Conversations with owners and staff are also abundant and fun.

I enjoyed my stay here. Shino and his staff were very welcoming. The dormitory facilities are modern and comfortable. It is a nice place to sit with a coffee or a cocktail and work on your laptop. Only drawback is that the shower currently is only on the ground floor, which may be inconvenient for some. It is new, so when more guests stay here it will be an awesome and lively place to stay in Kochi

I was allowed to use it on one lap of Shikoku on a motorcycle. The staff was very nice and we had a welcome drink. It was a very clean and modern guest house overall.
