Cute guesthouse, simple but good price quality ratio. You can use the kitchen plates and fridge if you want to bring food (at some nights there are not many restaurants open in the village).
The lady was nice and showed us our room but that was it, we only saw her once or twice to feed the cats. The cats are in another building, so no cats or animals in the guesthouse. Rooms were clean.

It’s a basic bnb that has a cat cafe attached. Think grandmas cute cat centric place. The lovely lady that runs it doesn’t speak English but the place was clean. (We got clean towels for both nights we stayed). The location is great and the place was quiet and quite nice.
Breakfast was basic but nice and the cats in the cafe were not an issue as they were not in the accommodation area. Only thing to keep in mind is that you don’t get a key to the room.

Nice and quite guest house with lot of cats. You can tastee the daily life of a Japanese family. Very good location to explore Naoshima and Teshima. Easy access by walk, bycicles, bus and ferry to the main museums and highlights. The owner doesn't speak English but it's not an issue if you know the basics of Japanese way of life and good behavior inside the house.

It's a basic guesthouse but very sweet and in a good location. The lady who runs it is very nice, and made us a good breakfast. Recommended if you're after somewhere not too pricey and authentic.

Simpel Japanese homestay. We arrived in the morning on the island, but the check in was at 5pm. Luckily we could store our bags and go to explore the island. They don't speak English, only some real basics.

The only thing good are the cats and the location. Everything is dirty and chaotic. We found also two cockroach in the room. We love cats but not worth it.
