The bathroom, toilet, and sink are all separate. To be honest, it's quite odd...
Maybe I'm just used to traditional hotels, so I'm not accustomed to places like this that seem to be renovated apartments or residences.
The main thing is the sink being right next to the TV and desk; it's just really strange...

the hotel was amazing for a 3star hotel, very good service from the reception, offered free drinks, free umami soup & allowed to keep our luggage until evening the next day (5/5)
room was good for the price ($72 sgd), but the interior might look a little old, & slightly dirty but was reasonable
location was ok, close to the shopping street but a little far from the station/subway for heavy luggages (4/5)

Rare to have such a spacious bathroom in business hotel. A lot of restaurants nearby opened till late. Lots of Christmas decor near hotel

Excellent location, super close to the main shopping street and plenty of dining options. It's also very convenient to Kencho-mae and Kawaramachi stations. The room is indeed very small, with the toilet, shower, and sink thoughtfully separated. There's barely enough room for one large suitcase; any additional luggage would make it difficult to move around. The lobby offers a nice selection of complimentary amenities for self-service, including makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and various bath products. Free self-service drinks are also available in the restaurant. For stays of three nights or less, only bath towels are replaced, not the bed sheets. Besides this and the small room, everything else was quite good.

Pros: The location is great, and the hotel feels quite new. On the first floor, there's a self-service station offering drinks, coffee, and amenities like toothbrushes. Bicycle rentals are also available, which is a nice option for exploring Takamatsu.

When I opened the AC unit, I was horrified to see it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel first opened. The dust filter was completely clogged, and the condenser coil inside was covered in mold. This was truly unacceptable and frankly disgusting. For your own health, I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this hotel!

The hotel boasts a central location in Takamatsu. After taking the airport bus to Kawaramachi Station, it's just about a 3-minute walk to reach the hotel. While the rooms are a bit compact, the thoughtful wet/dry separation in the bathroom, with the toilet, shower, and vanity all individually partitioned, is a definite plus. On the first floor, there's a 24-hour complimentary beverage dispenser, and guests can also pick up free disposable amenities. Both Takamatsu Port and JR Takamatsu Station are conveniently just two bus stops away. The hotel is quite new, offers excellent service, and provides superb value for money. It's definitely worth staying here.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel. It's spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Although the room isn't huge, its clever layout ensures it never feels cramped. It's well-equipped with everything you need: a fridge, TV, separate shower and toilet, and even a bathtub. I stayed on the 12th floor, and the sunrise from my window in the morning was incredibly beautiful.
I especially want to commend the staff. During my trip, I had a minor cycling accident and injured my arm. The front desk staff quickly helped me connect with a hospital equipped to treat foreign patients, and my injury was handled without a hitch. After returning to the hotel, I made sure to go back to the front desk to express my gratitude. The staff member was visibly happy and excited that their assistance had made such a positive difference for me. Witnessing their genuine joy deeply touched me. My heartfelt thanks once again to the front desk staff.

The room features excellent wet/dry separation, with the toilet, shower, and vanity areas all distinct. Despite the room's small size, the layout is incredibly practical and makes efficient use of the space.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a commercial street, making dining options incredibly accessible. It served as a great, reasonably priced base for our island-hopping adventure, with Takamatsu Port just two stops away.
