The location is convenient for shopping/ city centre. Wifi required no password. The fare of room is cheap.

Unfortunately, the photos of other reviews maybe very old and the reality IS NOT LIKE this.

The exhaust fan is noisy inside the room.
The air vent of air con is directly blowing to the bed.
Carpet inside the room is dirty and the towels are not white but a bit yellowish.
No amenities available except toothbrush inside the room.
The staff speak no English at all.

Strange noise from the wall happens from 22:00-02:00 which caused me hard to sleep.
The bed is horrible hard & low

It’s the worst “hotel” I ever stayed in my passed 15 times.
The owner of the property should not call them as “hotel” which is VERY MISLEADING.

The room was terrible, the air conditioner was loud, and the air was filled with a strong odor. I could hardly sleep after one night there. The front desk was almost deserted. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 p.m. and tried to store my luggage but couldn't find anyone. I had no choice but to risk leaving my luggage in the unattended lobby. I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel, but they didn't get through until nearly 4:00 p.m. Fortunately, my luggage was still there. This was the worst experience in Japan.

The location was great, near the downtown area and the station. Just be aware that the smoking rooms smell strongly of cigarettes!

Very simple business hotel, OK for two nights. Location is good, a few steps from Kawaramachi station, from which most of the sights can be reached!

A cheap inn close to the Kawaramachi station and the Kawaramachi shopping mall. Good for travelers who want only to take a shower, watch TV and go to bed there. Shower is available from check-in time to midnight. Free wifi is available inside the bedroom. Shower room, toilet and washstand are shared. A convenience store is near the inn.
