Discount tickets for Ritsurin Garden are available for hotel guests at the front desk. There was no information about this when I checked in, so I ended up entering the park at full price...

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. It was quiet, and I wasn't bothered by traffic noise. There's a vending machine on the first floor, but it didn't accept new banknotes or the new 500 yen bill, so be aware of that. There's a convenience store very close by, which is a good option.
