This hotel offers good value for money compared to other hotels around Aizu. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The only drawback is that there's no public bath, just a small unit bathroom in the room.

It was a very reasonable stay. I parked my car in the hotel's parking lot and then went sightseeing in the surrounding area. Tsuruga Castle, Nanokamachi Street, and Mt. Imori are all within walking distance, so I was able to explore at my leisure. Breakfast was a buffet, with both Japanese and Western dishes available. I even got some honey, and I was full.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and smiling. There's a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart a little way in front of the hotel, which is quite convenient. They also offer complimentary coffee for hotel guests on the first floor from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, which is a nice touch.

There's a small parking lot behind the hotel, with space for about 10 cars. The rooms have central air conditioning and also include a separate heating and cooling unit. This time, I got a double bed, which was a bit firm—a minor drawback. If you choose a one-night stay with two meals (dinner and breakfast), the light food restaurant downstairs is the option.

It's a shame that there is no large public bath, but other than that I had a comfortable stay.

At check-in, the hotel staff informed me that my reservation was only for one person. The room itself was a standard twin, which made me question why it was booked for just one. I had to pay an extra 5,700 yen for the second person. Upon checking my confirmation email, it indeed confirmed the rate was for one person. The booking app's interface is quite confusing, and this whole situation was a real letdown during check-in.

However, the room was very spacious, with a separate bath and toilet. Although it was a bit dated, it was still very good. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

Clean, and the rooms are larger than many Japanese hotels, but they won't seem large if you're visiting from the U.S. Also, U.S. visitors will consider the bathrooms small, but like the room itself, not small for this class of Japanese hotels. Overall, nothing fancy, but adequate. Good restaurant downstairs.
