Everything was great – the cleanliness, location, and service. Plus, the hotel provided free hot spring tickets every day for a place just 300-400 meters away. Excellent value for money!

Room is small but clean and they provide amenities. Staff is friendly. Location is near train station.

It was right in front of the station and easy to find, so I had no trouble getting there.

Although the building is retro, the guest rooms have been renovated and are new and clean. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay!

Great

The hotel is very basic. You get what you pay for. Overall it is a normal hotel that can be used as a stay to get up early and go to the station.

Very clean hotel and across the street from the bus/train station. Staff are friendly and for me, walkable to most of the historical sites.

They had all the amenities I could need, and there was a small wardrobe for hanging clothes. The staff at the counter were all older gentlemen, but they were all very friendly and helpful. They offer a courier service for luggage; the delivery slip is attached separately to the luggage on a card, not directly to the suitcase, which was a thoughtful touch. It's only a 2-3 minute walk from Aizu-Wakamatsu Station, making it conveniently located.
