It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The food was also delicious. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here for just a night's stay. While other hotels were in the 40,000 yen range, this one was less than half the price, so I was honestly a little worried, but there were no problems at all. The front desk staff had lovely smiles!

The entrance to the parking lot was really scary. The room was spacious and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was nice. The hotel was dimly lit, but there were no problems with the facilities.

Please note that if you do not forget to reserve a parking lot when you make a reservation, you will be parked in a pay parking lot! Other than that, there is no dissatisfaction. The food was delicious anyway. Japanese food is quite volume.

There were many private baths and it was fun to explore them all. The room was clean and spacious, so I was very satisfied. The hot spring had a faint sulfur smell.

It seems to be the best of the nearby Todaycom. It is close to the station and has three hot springs, which is nice. I think I will use it again next time.

Consistently great, this was my third stay. There's a convenience store downstairs, the bathroom is spacious and comes with bath salts for a hot spring experience. The location is also excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It's very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located right next to the highway, making it very convenient if you are driving to other cities. It’s about a 15-minute drive from Aomori Station. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited, and the 9:00 AM cutoff time is a bit early. The room facilities are somewhat dated, and the duvet was a little small.

There was plenty of free, flat parking, which was a relief. The location isn't ideal as it's on a busy road. However, the large public bath was great for unwinding. It was convenient to have a dinner option available on-site, and breakfast was quite good.

The best things about this chain hotel are its location and price. Every branch seems to be right by a JR station and bus stop, which is super important in snowy Aomori. Plus, the price is really good. The free breakfast doesn't have a ton of options, but they do have hot rice and miso soup, which is a nice touch.

I had a pleasant stay here for a couple nights. It's located very close to the Railway station with dining and shopping options just down the street. The room was of a good size, very clean and the staff mad me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Excellent location, only 1 minute from the bus station. Staff was very helpful by checking in and out, but the English language was not the best. Amenities were missing, but after asking they provided some extras. Big minus, from two sets of washing and drying machines, only one set was working and that was a really big issue. So, for one night is ok.

Traveling with family, I booked a single room for my older child. The standard single room had a very large bed and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Aomori Station. Unfortunately, there was a lot of snow on the roads, making it difficult to drag my luggage into the hotel. Just one more street over are the Apple Factory and Nebuta House. It's a shame I couldn't visit Hirosaki due to the snow causing train cancellations.

Convenient, nearly transportation location, good view

The location is very convenient to reach JR train station and food market. The breakfast has lots of choice and tasty. The public bath is not big but can access after day trip for relaxing. It offers free coffee at right side exit elevators.

This was my fourth time staying at a Toyoko Inn. I really appreciate having a full breakfast at the start of a busy day. This particular location was fantastic right next close to the exit of the station. Comfortable night sleep great shower clean room can’t ask for more as a weary traveler.

Stayed in Aomori for four nights. The hotel room was well-equipped, and there was a convenience store downstairs. I highly recommend the breakfast; it mainly featured local specialties, with plenty of vegetables and less meat, making it very healthy and delicious. The price tripled during cherry blossom season, and they wouldn't let me check in at 2:40 PM, strictly enforcing the 3:00 PM check-in time. For 1500 RMB a night, you get a Japanese-style futon on the floor, and they don't even provide drinking water (you have to buy it from a vending machine). To be fair, the breakfast was good.

Our two-day stay coincided with a heavy snowstorm in Aomori, but the staff were incredibly helpful. They pre-booked a taxi to Shin-Aomori for us, which saved our onward travel plans from being disrupted. They even gave us hand warmers when we checked out.

It's very close to Hirota Shrine and the train station, and check-in was smooth. We had to change rooms midway through our stay, but we were able to leave our luggage in the room and have the staff move it for us, which was great. The bedding was excellent.

Staying one night in Aomori, I booked the Nikko hotel since I was flying with JAL. You can tell the hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. It was alright, nothing special, and the bed was a bit low.

A bit of an older hotel for a Nikko, so the facilities aren't top-notch, but they're still perfectly adequate. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and convenient for both shopping and dining. The room itself is quite spacious, enough to fit two pieces of luggage comfortably. Everything in the room was very clean, and the bath was great.

The price for a room with breakfast included was excellent. I had to walk a bit, but the affiliated multi-story parking garage was a lifesaver as it protected my car from the snow. My only minor complaint is that the amenities were a bit less than what I've experienced at other hotels.

A great hotel close the train station. Friendly staff. They gave us a free speciality bun at check in and a voucher for dinner. The dinner was excellent. The room was nice and large and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was a bit lacking was the size of the bathroom. The friendly staff and dinner made up for that though.

The hotel is located at a crossroads, so there will be noise from passing cars. My room is on the top floor, and I can hear the rain on the roof when it rains at night. Other facilities are very satisfactory.

Booked this hotel pretty last minute. It's not too far from the train station, but there are quite a few hotels closer. The room was quite small, but clean and was fine for one night.

I didn't pay attention when booking, but it was a smoking room; upon arrival, there was an unpleasant smell of tobacco, and even the clean sheets and bath towel still smelled of tobacco.

The location was quite far from Aomori tourist attractions. The facilities were not bad for the price. The ceiling height was low, so it felt a bit stuffy.

The room can just fit 5 beds and a table. You can fold up the beds before going to bed to have space to move around and unfold your suitcases. Location is far from city centre, but the view is nice. It takes more time especially during winter. Staff can’t really speak English, but tried their best to assist. As we stayed during the new year period, many shops were not open. Cleaning was daily and everything was changed. There is also a daily performance at 8.30pm.
