Location of the hotel was very good and ideal for us, close to all the places that we wanted to visit, and near to the Aoimori station which is very convenient. The room size was spacious for Japanese standard.

Overall was a good choice for travellers. A lot of food choices around the hotel, and lawson right at level 1 very convenient too. Approx. 5 mins walk to Aomori Station.

Room with nice view. Advisable to change breakfast menu each day so that the customer staying more than 2 days could enjoy different menu.

A bit of a walk from Aomori Station but the hotel and room are well-equipped and has a nice view of the city and surrounding mountains & sea. It was an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The hotel is new and the rooms are more spacious than typical Japanese hotels. I was most impressed by the bathroom! It has a separate shower and toilet area, and the bathtub is large enough for a really comfortable soak. The hotel provides a variety of daily necessities, which is a thoughtful touch. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Aomori subway station, with many restaurant options downstairs...

Consistently great, this was my third stay. There's a convenience store downstairs, the bathroom is spacious and comes with bath salts for a hot spring experience. The location is also excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It's very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Room is clean, their breakfast is great with fresh seafood! Worth to try! If you drive, they got many parking space to choose! If by walking, about 10-15 mins to busy area!

A bit far out, but everything else was great. The price was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious.

We were two people. The room we stayed at was not big. If you have two suitcases it will be hard to open up both of them at the same time. On a snowy day, the hotel was a bit far from the station, about a 15 to 20-minute walk. However, the other facilities were great, and the room was quite spacious, so overall, I was still very satisfied.

Nestled on the slopes of Hakkoda Mountain, this hotel offered a peaceful and quiet retreat. The facilities were excellent, and the French multi-course dinner, in particular, was outstanding. The onsen (hot spring) facilities were also fantastic, making it a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating trip. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family.

The hotel was in the middle of heavy snow at Hakkosan, so I didn't expect much. Although the service staff don't speak English very well, they are very hardworking. Both dinner and breakfast were good, especially dinner.

Except the hotel is a bit old, everything else is good

The location is great, right outside the station. There's a 7-Eleven on the left, and the hotel occupies the entire building. The room isn't huge, but it's clean. The front desk service was efficient but not particularly warm or friendly.

It was the Nebuta festival and the hotel had seats that can be reserved , which provided excellent views.
