Location of the hotel was very good and ideal for us, close to all the places that we wanted to visit, and near to the Aoimori station which is very convenient. The room size was spacious for Japanese standard.

Overall was a good choice for travellers. A lot of food choices around the hotel, and lawson right at level 1 very convenient too. Approx. 5 mins walk to Aomori Station.

This particular location in Aomori has a very modern design and is super close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby – incredibly convenient! Plus, the bathroom and shower here are especially spacious, which is a big plus

A bit of a walk from Aomori Station but the hotel and room are well-equipped and has a nice view of the city and surrounding mountains & sea. It was an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Good hotel with good service. We had onsen for free

Bed was good, but there was a bad smoking smell all round the room. Luckily there was a filter machine in the room. Room was a bit dark and space was not much to put luggage but adequate

There is a bath tub that i could bath in which was good. They also provide free bathhouse service for guest. The only thing that could be improved is to provide free drinking water to the guest

There are 2 nice restaurants next to hotel and Lawson convenience store nearby and a shopping place too. The best part is we could park our car for free right in front of the hotel

Its located not far from Aomori airport and you could rent a car at the airport, which is right out the gate of the airport. U can book thru Trip for your rental car. The room itself was comfortable

Both Family Mart and Lawsons convenience stores are located a few mins walk from the South exit of the train station which is located on the other end of the station

This was my fourth time staying at a Toyoko Inn. I really appreciate having a full breakfast at the start of a busy day. This particular location was fantastic right next close to the exit of the station

However, the location is very convenient for travelers heading from Aomori to Hokkaido, as it’s only about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Aomori Station. Best of all, the hotel provides free breakfast for all guests

Everything is beyond our expectation from the rooms, to the staffs and the breakfast. If you wabtbto escape the ceoqded sappiro during winter, come to Aomori and stay at Richmond Hotel. We love it here we love Aomori

All aspects of the hotel are very good except for the location. It takes about 20min walk to JR station. If not taking train, then no problem. Breakfast is adequate and the breakfast price is very reasonable.

I highly recommend the breakfast; it mainly featured local specialties, with plenty of vegetables and less meat, making it very healthy and delicious. This time, I got to see the perfect snow scenery

The location is a bit far, about a 15-minute walk from Aomori Station, which was tough in the snow. Everything else was perfect though; the room was very comfortable, no complaints there.

Very close to Aomori JR Station, most city attractions are within walking distance. The water pressure is excellent. The room is a bit small, and the facilities are a bit old but well-maintained

We used baggage storage after checking out, which was no problem. When we were there they had an eco plan, which was that the room got cleaned only once at our 4 night stay, but could get towels whenever we wanted

Room is clean, their breakfast is great with fresh seafood! Worth to try! If you drive, they got many parking space to choose! If by walking, about 10-15 mins to busy area!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Aomori. It's almost the cheapest price but offers top-notch service. The rooms and bathrooms are very bright and clean, with no odors and plenty of hot water

The staff are incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with any issues. The breakfast is also fantastic and offers a wide variety of options, so I recommend going early to get the best selection

Nestled on the slopes of Hakkoda Mountain, this hotel offered a peaceful and quiet retreat. The facilities were excellent, and the French multi-course dinner, in particular, was outstanding

However, that day I was staying in Aomori. This time, my husband and I booked the Hakkoda Hotel for a relaxing stay. It's an old, historic hotel, so it does feel a bit dated, but it's clean everywhere

The amenities are plentiful, and the thoughtfulness is evident everywhere, from the soft laundry bags and toothbrushes. Access to nearby areas is also easy with the shuttle bus, so it's not a hassle

Good location with lots of buses, there is an ATM in the convenience store next door which is useful. The building is very old and the furnishings could definitely be replaced

I wasn’t expecting that much with this price, but surprisingly good hotel with this price. They serve free beef bowl at night and 550 yen breakfast buffet was very nice

They got some curry and chicken dishes and it was very tasty. Night view was nice and there is Machinaka-Onsen nearby so i strongly recommend to visit there

The small roads of the highway leading to the ryokan are very narrow with a stone archway that's enough for 1 car to pass by. The parking lot is nearby, the staff was so friendly to help move our luggage from the trunk

There's a gallery on the first floor. Our package includes kaiseki dinner, and the food is quite good, although compared to the other 4 this trip, it ranks near the bottom

We stayed in two different ryokan at this area and we both absolutely love this one. Tsubakikan might not be the onsen with an ocean view, but they have more to offer than other ryokan hotels around

It's a rustic hotel up in the mountain. Would not be easy to get there without a car. Service was impeccable. Onsen is excellent The view from the outdoor onsen is fantastic The meals were great.

The dinner was verrrryyyyyy good and fresh, and the Aomori Apple beer that they had was sooooo goood. The buffet style breakfast offer different kinds of food too from English to Japanese

very near to the hokkado ropeway, 7 mins by car. hotel has an onsen. good for skiers who are looking for BC tours. no snowboards for rental.

The hot spring outdoor was comfy as well. However, the hotel didn’t have elevator, so maybe it’s best that you pack a smaller luggage

I used Kyosai at the beginning of eating. I'm a baby, so I'm grateful that I could use a private room. The grilled condition of the sea bream and the amount of salt are very good

The room was clean and comfortable! There was a large communal bath, so I was happy to take a large bath. The breakfast that you can choose between Japanese and Western food was also delicious! I still want to use it.

The room can just fit 5 beds and a table. You can fold up the beds before going to bed to have space to move around and unfold your suitcases

The adjacent parking lot will be full at the time of congestion, but there is also a pay parking lot nearby (within a few minutes' walk)

The hotel is directly opposite the aquarium and next to Asamushi Onsen. It's a 5-minute walk, and after a soak, there's a market selling all sorts of apple juice and fruit souvenirs

There weren't many guests staying at the hotel, probably due to the heavy snowfall in Aomori. Both breakfast and dinner were Japanese set meals. The sukiyaki and sashimi were excellent

The view from the room was great, I'm so glad I chose this place! The food was delicious too. The shuttle bus running every hour was very convenient for my schedule

It's a bit further out of the already very small town than other locations, so you're going to be in for a 10 ish minute walk to anywhere except the beach

The view of Yuno Island in the morning was amazing. It would have been even better if they had a sauna. However, be careful, there aren't many places to eat outside the hotel

I woke up early this morning suddenly wanting to see snow, so I took the Shinkansen directly here. After Morioka, it suddenly started snowing heavily

Breakfast was also luxurious, and the apples served for dessert were juicy and truly Aomori-esque. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance
