It's located right in front of the station, making it easily accessible. The rooms are clean. The amenities are excellent, and the wide variety of shampoos was a big plus.

It's been several years since my last stay here.
It was very helpful that they were able to store my frozen seafood at the front desk.
The inn is only a 20-minute walk from the inner bay, and the room rates are budget-friendly.
The first time I ate whole shark fin was at Tei-ya on the second floor of this hotel.
I remember the evening drink set was also delicious.
The front desk staff were very courteous, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious!
I will definitely visit again. Thank you for your help.

Comfortable and convenient for public transport
Comfortable hotel close to the train station. I was able to leave luggage before check-in. Microwave available which I didn't use. A large array of toiletries

Great experience
The hotel is very convenient to the train station, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.
The hotel provides multiple vending machines for your convenience which is nice because the nearest 7/11 I could find was about a 10 minute walk.
Getting near the port is also easy enough, it's about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area and some good restaurants.

The politeness of the receptionist is still impressive. They were also very polite on the phone.
The facility is old but clean. Souvenir corner is substantial. The rooms on the station side have a good view of the area around the station.
It's about a 2-minute walk from Kesennuma Station, so transportation is good. Several supermarkets are accessible if you have a car. Amenities are the type that you take yourself. I appreciate that you put the candy with me. One of the triple rooms has a sofa bed. The sofa bed is not comfortable.

The hotel is the closest to Kesennuma Station, but there are no other facilities for tourists besides the station and this hotel. Although there is a convenience store at the station, it is inconvenient because the store closes at 19:30. The 24-hour convenience store is only about a kilometer away. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near the harbor, so if you are staying in Kesennuma, we recommend staying in that area.
If you evaluate other than the location, I think it is a good hotel with a good balance of price, facilities and services. Although the feeling of the last century cannot be hidden, the service at the front desk is decent and the facilities have been renewed to the extent that it does not feel inconvenient. Even if it is not the best place to take a closer look at Kesennuma city, I think it is a good base for sightseeing in the surrounding area.
