Definitely worth the price. Everything was clean and well organised, and I was able to properly relax, which was exactly what I was looking for. I’m quite particular about hotel bathrooms, and I was really pleased with how clean the bathroom in my room was.

The smoking room smells terrible.
They said they'd taken measures to eliminate the odor, but it had absolutely no effect; it still smelled of cigarettes until morning. Even the air conditioner and air purifier just blow out more foul-smelling air.

The Wi-Fi signal is quite poor. It cuts off after about 5 minutes, and it's difficult to reconnect, which is very stressful.
Before I knew it, I had used up all my smartphone data, which made me panic.
I've stayed here a few times, and the Wi-Fi connection is always terrible.
I hope they will reconsider the Wi-Fi environment.
It was also inconvenient that there was only one washing machine.
The customer service, cleanliness, and breakfast are all better than other hotels, everyone is kind and polite, and it's the best!

The parking lot seems to be full of construction workers, with HiAce vans parked all over the place, making it difficult to find a spot.
I wish they'd park together if they were the same contractors, lol.
That aside, I've used their services in other areas as well, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
They offer a free breakfast buffet and a restaurant on weekday evenings.
I stayed there on a Friday, so I arrived shortly after opening, and there were already people in work clothes there.
If you arrive at the wrong time, they won't come to take your order, so you have to call out to neighboring tables.
The sashimi was also served under-thawed, which was disappointing.
There are many restaurants nearby, so you might be better off going there.

Actually, I booked the wrong place. I wanted to stay near Morioka Station, but I was probably too full during my stay. Luckily, I had a car, which solved the problem. The location itself is actually quite nice. There are many different shopping areas nearby, parking is convenient, and it's quick to get to the highway.

I attended the beautiful fireworks display, and the hotel was very close to the venue. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient, and the hotel even had a small public bathhouse. It was very comfortable.
