I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. In particular, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Muhannad Karadsheh. Muhannad’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay especially memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile, demonstrating true hospitality and professionalism.
Thanks to Muhannad and the entire team, my visit was flawless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful stay with outstanding service.

The place was disgusting. There were no towels in the room. The room and hallways were filthy. I had a terrible night and I'm never going back.

Fantastic place to stay. Away from the rush of Amman, much cheaper, great restaurants nearby, and close enough to Amman and other things to see it all. A great option for a visit to Jordan!

Staff at reception was very helpful and good. We were blessed by the fruit and Jordain sweet treats in the room. The room was clean and the amenities were good 👍

The hotel was excellent value for money and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. Easy to walk into the busier part of town. Breakfast was good and the pool looked great, although we did not have time to enjoy that! Great for a short stay over when touring in Jordan

Very nice hotel. Much better than the hustle and bustle of Amman, and cheaper. Very family oriented and kind staff. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is always good, compared to others in this category. Lots of restaurants and sites within walking distance.
