Conveniently located near the airport and car rental service, with a free shuttle van to the airport. Breakfast could be improved however, as there was barely anything available.

I stayed one night on a layover and wanted to share my experience here: the room was good and clean and the hotel was reached by shuttle easily. But what stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff, they helped me solve one particular issue for which I am very thankful! Therefore it was a great experience overall.

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. There was a slight issue with the first room that I was assigned to. As soon as I let the front desk know, they apologized profusely, corrected the error and gave me an upgrade. Truly excellent customer service and kind people.

The rooms are good, with tv, mini fridge, proper bathroom and wifi. Also the bed was nice. However, the structure is outdated and looks old. We went there due to a connection issue and the most scary part is that the airport will take your passport, give you a blue slip (which you will fill up at transit desk), and the hotel takes your blue slip. Fantastic place to stay. Away from the rush of Amman, much cheaper, great restaurants nearby, and close enough to Amman and other things to see it all. A great option for a visit to Jordan!

The hotel was excellent value for money and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. Easy to walk into the busier part of town. Breakfast was good and the pool looked great, although we did not have time to enjoy that! Great for a short stay over when touring in Jordan

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The room location was also very convenient. Parking is available along the street right in front of the hotel.

I arrived late around 1 AM, and the hotel staff kindly waited for me to complete the check-in. It was fantastic! The room was huge; it's a hotel converted from the owner's home. The breakfast was incredibly generous. It was also very quiet. There were three boxes of tissues in the room, and the bed was so big it could sleep four people. I wish I could stay here for a few more days. It's so convenient to get around. It appears to be a guesthouse converted from a private villa. The owner was very helpful in providing travel advice. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant, and the selection was very plentiful and diverse, including both Middle Eastern and Western options.

Everything was perfect. Great place to visit Madaba or as a home base for a day at the dead sea.

The owner is very nice; he answered our questions about nearby attractions very attentively and considerately. His parents seem to care a lot about travelers, as they brought nice snacks for breakfast. The only minor drawback is the slightly awkward toilet layout; be careful when opening it. Also, the check-in system still uses keys, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend it....

I plan to book hotel at Amman and somehow I confuse with location and book this hotel at Madaba (40 minute from Amman ) it’s turn to be amazing place to visit . Hotel very nice - warm - safe - breakfasts cozy and near to all tourist spot location. I happy that stay here

The room was nice, and the water pressure was high.

Overall, it was okay, and the managers were friendly. I don't speak English, so I was able to communicate smoothly through the app. They also recommended restaurants for dinner. I was traveling by rental car, and it was great.

The facilities are a bit old, but the hotel has a great location. It's right next to the church with the mosaic murals, which is super convenient; the front desk gave us tickets, saving us money. Breakfast was average, but what more could you ask for at this price?

I didn't expect much, but I was satisfied with the location and service. They even gave me free admission to a nearby church. The only downside was that the rooftop was under renovation. The view and food there looked decent, though. Parking is available anywhere nearby. ^^

This hotel was in the perfect location for my needs. My room was clean and comfortable and the owners were very friendly. They even invited me into their home to drink tea with them. 😊 There is a lovely Terrace at the top for relaxing, drinking coffee and eating breakfast. I recommend you stay here while you are in Madaba.

Okay it’s not soo bad. The owner is really nice and thoughtful. You have the option of shared bathroom or take private bathroom. Yes the shower isn’t the warmest water. And the rooms are kind of cold. But if you need something just ask and he will help. Also great breakfast and common space. It’s budget accommodation ya know!

Staff is very kind and friendly. Room could be cleaner, however when we asked for new bedding it was replaced with no questions. Breakfast included, rather simple but in family atmosphere (one big table)

Really nice owner! Very attentive and helpful. The facilities were clean, the room was good, with AC and hot water. It has a rooftop where you can have drinks or simply chill. Very good quality-price relation, would stay here again surely.

Room was clean but there was only 3 hangers in our closet (??) we could've use a few more to hang our clothes. Toilet seat was plastic and slides from side to side. Shower head needs cleaning - water wasn't coming out as well as it should due to come clogged holes. Like: Hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of nearby shopping and dining options. This is a lovely little hotel in the center of Madaba. It is located right in the main touristic area, which means it is within walking distance of everything you'll want to see in the city. A very pleasant place. The owner is very kind and smiling, always eager to help. The rooms are clean, with a view of St. George's Church. It's close to the most important places in Madaba. An additional advantage is the rooftop terrace with a view of the city and the delicious fresh breakfasts. Downstairs, there's a shop that looks like something out of a fairy tale. We have stayed in Moab land hotel during our trip journey in Jordania and everything was fantastic. Nice local breakfast in the rooftop with a very beautiful view of the Saint George church. Mahmoud was very kind and helped us with everything.

Nice hotel in the city centre with good value for money. The host Zaka was very kind and made us feel very welcome. The room is good and it is very nice to have the balcony. The best thing is the roof terrace. The ambience is nice and the view over the city is great. It’s a good spot to chill and have the good oriental breakfast or drink a tea late in the evening and relax. Would recommend!

This is the place we spent two nights in Jordan. It's very nice and clean and close to the city center with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers.

Great experience! The room is some of the cleanest I've seen, everything works and the staff are very friendly! The check-in process was simple and efficient, the man at the counter was very nice. Upon hearing we have an early flight out of Jordan and would miss breakfast, he offered to make a breakfast box for us to take along to the airport. It's a shame we aren't staying longer!
