The experience of staying here is very bad. The reception and the management keeps switching off the Boiler to save electricity and there is no Hot Water 24x7. Everytime, we need to remind them. The person sitting at the reception is very adamant to work within their set rules. The Tea Kettle is not working kept in the room and there is no one to replace it, when it was detected early in the morning and I was told to wait till 8-8:30 to get it replaced. Service is 0 Stars.

Lovely clean hotel , rooms are spacious and well equipped. Set in a great central location. Staff are courteous and very friendly. The breakfast has a huge choice and very fresh

Hotel Aqua Vista in Aqaba offers spacious rooms at a very affordable price. Its close proximity to the city center makes it an excellent choice for travelers. My stay here was very good — the breakfast buffet was wide, varied, and absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place to stay!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Aquavista which is conveniently located not only close to the main sights and beach, but also has good coffeeshops and a famous restaurant in town just downstairs. Many thanks for the kind staff (Mohamed H, Wael, Mina and Mona) for making my stay an excellent one.

This is one of the best hotel in Aqaba, we spent there 2 nights. We arrived a little early (booked 2 rooms), the owner upgraded us to deluxe rooms, and she gave us one room very early, so we left all the bags in one room, and went to see Aqaba. All rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable.One of the best selection in breakfast ever, the the stuff is nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The rooms are nice and new, but the air conditioner was very weak and did not cool well. The room door got stuck for half an hour or more. The reception staff were very respectful, but the rooms need to be improved and maintained. I may come back to this place.

Very expensive and I highly do not recommend this place! Rude staff, it is a steak house where the waiters can not tell the differences between two kinds of steaks and tells you to deal with it.. dirty soda cans and dirty table covers .. waiters are really nosy and they fight in front of all customers .. they didn't tell us first when we came in that the restaurant closes at 11:30pm and they started to turning lights off .. food took almost 35 minutes to be served!!! Really really bad!!!!! Gordon Ramsey must come to visit
