Pretty nice looking hotel in a great location. It's located in a center, close to a beach, fort and other spots. The staff was helpful.
The room was good for a one night stay. It was clean and large. Only problem was the awful central AC which was incredibly loud even on slow setting. As it was impossible to use, the room was pretty warm, I can't imagine sleeping here in a summer. Our room was close to the market on a 4th floor, during the day it was noisy, but at night it was quiet.
The WiFi was decent, but it could be faster.
The breakfast and dinner is very limited. At least the pancakes were good.

Amazing hotel! Everyone’s super nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel! We stayed for a night and it was just perfect. Very friendly staff, very nice rooms. I will always have very good memories from this hotel and hope to return soon. I really enjoyed the fact that we could see the city through the window, and I actually loved the fact that someone living nearby had a little place with roosters and sheep. Thank you for everything and a very nice stay, Dear Hotel Crystal Staff!
