AC is not working, no toiles or toilet paper in the room
Breakfast could be better, more options for tourists and better quality. The pool area and gym could be better, as there are no sunbeds or anything to sit, while gym seems to be a maintenance storage with some construction going on.
Booked the room, checked in late night, about to start my shower before going to bed but I found no towels, called the reception, waited 30 min … tried to call again with no answer. Went down to ground floor to ask what happened with my towels
The surprising answer, unfortunately we don’t have towels anymore…🤣🤣🤣🤣I got pissed of then he got pissed of that why I got pissed off,
Not to mention the small air conditioning which doesn’t fit the room size at all
