This hotel is the best option for anybody if you coming to Petra very convenient and accessible to the entrance ( 30 seconds walking lol ) the hotel is amazing , the breakfast is awesome and fresh coffee, the stuff super friendly and social , free parking and if you do an early check in/out they will store your luggage no extra charge highly recommend this hotel

This is a well run hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful. If you’re visiting Petra, it is closest to the entrance. As all of the town is uphill, it’s a joy to retire there after a long day of walking.

Good looking hotel at the top of the hill. From there it's a short walk to Petra. Supermarkets nearby and the rooms are airconditioned. At one point our air conditioning failed and we were given a new and better room. Very good stay.

Clean rooms which have been recently refurbished (ask for an ironing board and iron when checking in if required). Soft linen, new fridge/freezer, big smart TV and complimentary tea and coffee. Hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. In a quieter street within walking distance to the visitor center. Possibility of buffet breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and newly furnished. The hotel's location is very close to the Petra entrance, so I was able to visit Petra comfortably for two days. The free breakfast was good, and I was able to check in 3 hours earlier than the original check-in time! So, it was very good. Next to main entrance to Petra, beautifull view. Top service, we went to petra at 6:00 they made a breakfast box that we picked up at 5:30 and every questions gets answered. Working airconditioning and fast wifi. View in the restaurant also beautifull( didnt eat there, only breakfast). Big parking in front. Yes it is a bit old butt it will fullfill your needs (okay maybe a pool would be nice:p)

Very well located, proche de Petra et des commerces. the staff and people at the front desk were very accommodating, the person helped us with so many things. My favorite place to stay in Petra, view is great to the mountain at night. Super clean and 300MBs+ WiFi. More comfortable and convenient than well known hotels like Marriott and Movenpick castle in Petra.

Stayed here with my family - everything was absolutely wonderful from the food to the pool to the clean rooms and comfy beds and the service and hosts were so kind. I have stayed at the ritz as well and service here was no different. I highly recommend this place.

You don’t need to look other options. I loved this Hotel/Restaurant. The people here is sooo kind and charming. I am gonna miss them. Treatment is everything. The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they had heat in the tents and tvs with Netflix! after days in the cold desert, this was the real luxury. but I wouldn’t consider this camping.
