Located directly across the street from the entrance to ancient Petra, this hotel is stunningly beautiful. The interior feels like an Arabian Nights dream. The staff are excellent, providing an exceptionally high level of service to every guest. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade due to low occupancy. We were genuinely sad to leave this hotel.

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Good food options. Great mountain views. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated which spoilt some of the view. The hotel organised Petra by night tickets and transport and there was a free shuttle service during the day.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool view, but it turns out the pool is under maintenance during winter, so there's no view to be had. I'm very disappointed. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here.

Large room, with perfect bathroom. Very good the pool and the free shuttle service to Petra. Good and large breakfast. Only dinner isn't up to par with the hotel; the buffet is always the same and poorly prepared. It's worth considering that the price of our package was very reasonable, so it's no problem. The hotel is located on the top of the hill. The view from the hotel is so beautiful. On the day I stay (08/09) the swimming pool was under renovate so I could not see the view from swimming pool. The downside is the breakfast does not have so much choice.

Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. Lovely hotel situated at the top of Petra. It's rooms are lovely and views are to die for. Sunsets are just the best. The hotel is nice, the food is delicious. The only downside is that some money disappeared from the safe; some was stolen from a bag that was in the safe. We called the hotel, and the first thing they said was that the hotel isn't responsible for missing money or items. Overall, a good impression. The location is about 2 km from the entrance to Petra. It's a hilly road with ups and downs, so you'll need to take a taxi – around 2-3 dinars each way. (Ride-hailing apps don't work in the city, so you'll have to negotiate with taxi drivers directly). Breakfasts were decent. Everything in the room worked fine, no issues. The room itself wasn't very big.
