Located directly across the street from the entrance to ancient Petra, this hotel is stunningly beautiful. The interior feels like an Arabian Nights dream. The staff are excellent, providing an exceptionally high level of service to every guest. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade due to low occupancy. We were genuinely sad to leave this hotel.

For those driving to Petra, this hotel is arguably the best place to stay. It's conveniently located right across the street from the Petra Visitor Center. In the afternoon, we walked over to explore the Petra Museum. The next morning, we made sure to be among the first group to enter the ancient city right when it opened at 7 AM. This allowed us to avoid the intense sun and enjoy the Siq with very few people, making for an incredibly peaceful experience.

The room wasn't large, but it was perfectly sufficient. We received a complimentary box of about five pastries upon check-in, which were quite tasty.

We had an early breakfast just after 6 AM, and as mentioned, were among the first to enter Petra at 7 AM. We moved through the site quite efficiently and were back at the hotel by around 11 AM, allowing us a little rest before checking out at 12 PM and heading to our next destination.

Also, there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel; a quick search on Google Maps will show many options, and the food quality is generally good.

A great hotel. Amazing location to the entrance to Petra.
Breakfast was very good. Opened early enough so you can have food before sunrise. Pool was cold but we visited in there winters rooms very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Located right across Petra entrance! Beautiful hotel, delicious dinner & breakfast! Big variety, great taste, fresh & served at excellent temperatures “wow!” We rarely give 5 stars for hotel foods but this one is well deserved. Room was the cleanest we stayed in Petra & Egypt of equal hotel level. Even though the food looks the same as the movenpick at Dead Sea,this one in Petra somehow tasted 5 times better. Staff were very attentive and helpful too. We saw couple waiters helped carried the plateful of food for customers to their table at the buffet dinner. Highly recommend for your stay in Petra.

This hotel has one thing going for it, and that’s the impeccable location, because it’s literally a hop, skip and jump away from the Petra site entry. The staff was great, the food was good and the interiors of the hotel itself seemed good. However, nothing justifies the price of the hotel. Incredibly overpriced. The room was average, small, and the view was an under construction building. I would not pay this price just for the location. If it was half the price, my rating would be very different but at this price, you expect better. Even steam and sauna was not free of charge which is unacceptable in a 5 star.
