This hotel completely lacks any sense of customer orientation.
Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM. We asked for coffee right away since we had very limited time before our flight. The waitress said the coffee machine would take about 20 minutes to heat up. By 8:30 AM, the machine was still not ready. It’s hard to understand why the coffee machine couldn’t be turned on before 8:00 so guests could be served hot coffee on time.
On top of that, the staff responded rudely, spoke with clear irritation, and displayed an inappropriate attitude toward guests.
For this room price, guests can reasonably expect at least polite and professional service, which is unfortunately missing at this hotel.

Liked it so much that I went here twice with friends while in Kostanai. As a brewer I could really appreciate their craft beer selection and could observe their brew operations in the basement. The Georgian food was delicious as was the German fare. Highly recommended.
