Barkhat Hotel in Taraz

Well, it's a so-so hotel for me, I can't say that it's worth 4 stars. Every time we come to Taraz we stay at this hotel, it's not even a hotel as described.
Cons: the service is not very friendly, you ask for something they always say their own, they never go to meet the guests, we rent a suite 308, there is dust in the corners everywhere, the cabinets, shelves are dusty, when you do a wet cleaning they react with dissatisfaction. You also have to pay separately for breakfast, it is also impossible to ask for an iron, you have to call and ask 100 times. There are always girls on the phone, it seems like a person has approached, you can ask or at least put the phone down and ask what you need, there is a smell in the rooms, there is also a smell from the sewer in the bathroom, the lighting is weak, the upholstered furniture is dirty, you need a chemical disinfectant
In general, I do not recommend it, next time we will better stay somewhere else.
