A small, quiet hotel in the city center. Pros: located near the central square, where you can walk; nearby food outlets. The hotel’s drawbacks include: a low level of service, a meager breakfast, the absence of an on-site restaurant, inadequate measures to improve guest satisfaction.

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. There is a cool Scottish cat in the lobby, just cool)

Very nice environment, like at home. The service is excellent. The team is very good. The manager Aidana is pleasant, responsive, competent. Thank you very much for your hospitality

A good hotel; we booked a standard room. It was clean, with a fully stocked mini-fridge, a kettle, tea, and chocolate. The linens were crisp and white. The bathroom was fully stocked: toothbrush and toothpaste; shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, a washcloth, a shower cap, and a comb; a shoe polish; and a robe. There was a TV with satellite channels in the room. Parking was in the hotel courtyard. The room windows overlooked the courtyard; it was quiet, with only the birds singing (with the window open). There was air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised, as I was on a business trip and had stayed in many hotels, so I had something to compare it to. We stayed at the Dostyk Hotel (in Merka) for 25,000 tenge for a room, and there was practically nothing there.

The standard single room is very small, with only one outlet for the TV, refrigerator, and your phone charger. You can choose whichever is more important to you. It's quite chilly at night, and there was no toiletries in the room; reception told us to wash our hands with shower gel. The night curtain covers two-thirds of the window, so the first ray of sun will wake you in the morning. Breakfast isn't fully set; you have to request porridge from the staff so they can serve it from the kitchen. The spoons at the buffet weren't washed properly. The staff is polite and willing to help with any questions, a special thank you!
