The hotel exceeded all my expectations! I stayed in a luxury room and was pleasantly surprised by the chic furniture and flawless operation of all equipment. The room was impeccably clean and cozy. The service is top notch: friendly staff, daily cleaning with replacement of personal hygiene items and their timely replenishment. I would especially like to note the convenience of being able to iron clothes at any time - this is very valuable! If you are planning a trip to Aktobe, I highly recommend staying at the BAITAU hotel - you will not regret it!

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to.
Insects, such as centipedes, are running.
The shower leaks in all places.
The air conditioner doesn't work.
The TV does not show, even regular channels.
The water in the shower runs cold for a couple of minutes, then hot for a couple of minutes, complete horror.
The people at the reception are neither presentable nor competent.
I absolutely do not recommend it!

Rather expensive hotel but hey lets review what comes with that price. First no remote to AC. Then after asking for it at the reception desk it turns out the AC is not working at all. Three people only two bathrobes and two towels... I assumed that by paying more I’d get better quality of service but... Also when you shower and someone else flushes toilet suddenly water in shower gets crazy hot.

Yesterday we drove into the family room, while we took a shower, while we settled down, laid out our things, ordered food in some institution and noticed that one of the chairs was broken. I, as a decent person, immediately reported a broken chair to the reception and asked to replace it, since we were going to have dinner. We did everything, the impression of the hotel was great. But when checking out at the reception, the "miracle administrator", attention, asked me to pay at least 5000 tenge for this chair. Like, he, dear, you will pay at least 5000. I again talk about how we noticed the breakdown, and that we did not break it, and if we did break it, I would pay the full cost of the chair, since I am a well-mannered and adequate person. That is why, when I saw that the chair was broken, I didn’t say anything and didn’t hide it further, but immediately informed the reception about it. But, apparently, in vain. The level of service in this hotel, led by such and such an administrator, turned out to be complete tin. They extorted from me "AT LEAST 5000 TENGE" for a chair broken by someone. I tried to convey the essence to the administrator at first adequately, but her desire to receive from my name I would 5000 tenge was much higher than the desire to hear me. Therefore, after my conversation in a raised voice with obscene language on my part, she said "Okay, let it remain on your conscience." What's left? My desire to report a broken chair? Or what? In short, the regions are like that, there are no words. Little has been heard about the service. I didn’t pay at least 5000 tenge because of the principle. Why should I pay for someone? Why should I pay for the fact that a negligent administrator does not accept numbers with dignity? The chair was pushed as far as possible under the table, which is why we did not immediately find the breakage. Why should I pay for the fact that the administrator does not do his job well? Some tin) all were sent far and for a long time. I will leave reviews about this hotel on every website, wherever possible)

Somebody called from reception phone 01:00 my room who is drunk , I could not sleep and morning 09:00 I went to take breakfast but personal who is working in restaurant said we have no any more breakfast like a scary movie but it's true.
