Zhemchuzhina in Balqash

The resort in Balkhash is gaining momentum. Of course, it's still a long way from Borovoe. But it's all ahead. In 15-20 years, it'll be fantastic. The prices are reasonable. And the Zhemchuzhina hotel complex lives up to its name. Even judging by the vibe. It's indescribable. You don't have to see it, you have to "live it"! To stay in a room, you have to book in advance. There are simply no free rooms. Today, this is the most prestigious place, in my opinion. The road, considering the distance from Astana, is good. However, it's very dangerous – there are many accidents. I recommend everyone visit at least once and spend their vacation here.

A decent hotel with ample parking. Delicious English breakfasts, highly recommended. A bit pricey, but what can you do? The electronic lock in our room stopped working, but they fixed it, but they could have just replaced the batteries. Overall, okay.

I am sharing my impressions with you. The place is not bad. The territory is small. Green. There are benches, a playground. Two summer cafes and one small restaurant inside. The prices for food are outrageous. The average bill per person is approximately 10,000 tenge and this is not a big deal. And this is in Balkhash. You can't wait for waiters. We were there for 2 days. One day there was no water until lunch!!!!! In the evening, music is blaring not only in the cafe, but also among vacationers. The beach is rocky, take special slippers. The beach is not always cleaned. Dirty and I saw glass. There are umbrellas and sun loungers. The water is cloudy and with garbage (branches, seaweed). The hotel has no cafes or snacks nearby. There are small mini-shops near the beach. There is a 5-story swimming pool inside. Always packed. The place is not bad for this region, but not for that kind of money!!!
