It's a good hotel...room was clean, have a kitchen set so you can cook by yourself n near the supermarket as well.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Very modern and nice. You just have to count with one problem..you are not in the capital city or tourist city so if you speak just English...you have a big problem...cuz the only person who can speak English is receptionist...if you want to ask about something the others..you have to speak Russian .... But I can so for me it was absolutely amazing...I love this city..they...

new and modern apart hotel. its quality was beyond my expectations. staff is very helpful and friendly (except one brunete girl in reseption in day time). price is very reasonable for this quality.

I can't rate the rooms and service overall as I was not a guest of the hotel. I liked the surroundings and the atmosphere. Ksenia, their reception lady, was amazingly welcoming and helpful with all questions I and my friends, who were the hotel's guests, had. She went all beyond to help us solving issues with transportation and housing. It's always great to meet people and workers who enjoy their work

This is one of the very few places to truly enjoy in Temirtau city. The scenery at the outside seating area is great due to having nice plantations around. It feels like you are dining in your villa's beautiful garden where it is quiet but with nice low volume music playing in the background. The food is top notch and the staff are very polite.

A luxurious hotel. The room is small but cozy. All toiletries are provided. The service is excellent! The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is excellent! As a smoker, I appreciated the smoking room. No need to run outside.

Overall, I liked it. Luxurious interior, luxurious furniture, delicious restaurant, helpful staff, good SPA center and fragrant tea, quiet area.
