I stayed in a single room in ArNuvo hotel, on business, for 5 days in May 2018. It's a real "home from home" in a quiet location right in the middle of Karaganda City. Great, good-humored and helpful English-speaking staff. Avoid the rooms on the second floor. They are very large, but not very clean and do not smell very nice. Lots of history to the rooms and that is evident on the blood stains and other stains on the carpets. The communal areas are clean and the staff are pleasant.

The hotel is good. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. In cold weather it is warm (comfortable). Good service. Affordable prices. Parking available, GOOD (tasty) breakfast included in the room rate. I was surprised by the lack of liquid soap in the dispenser, but there is a "tablet" soap. The impressions are positive. I recommend.
