Nice idea but value for money leaves a lot to be desired. They need to work on promoting activities to their guests. Rooms were comfortable and food absolutely delicious and plentiful. Scenery is amazing.

The place is nice and somehow cozy. There is not much around. It includes dinner but be aware that only tea and water is available for drinking. Probably there are some better places around.

Took a tour of the place and it's very nice and high quality. Capacity is 40-50 people with a choice of yurts and "solid yurts" that have showers and bathrooms. The view of the beach is amazing.

It is a 5-stars treatment for me and family. It is depending on which room you are paying. You get what I mean. Room, food, hospitality, I'm satisfy with the service. I love the view, the most. Serenity and surrounding is superb!

Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable and clean room, with a kitchen and everything you need. Amazing views! Below the lake, capsules are being built, the same rooms, only separate ones, overlooking the lake and marina. Your own pier. There is a cafe on site, they cook like at home :) I didn’t want to leave breakfast :) I wish the hotel prosperity, I hope I’ll come again someday!

Brand new hotel with modern and stylish rooms. Stunning views from the room. There is rooftop terrace to chill and enjoy the lake and mountains view. Hidden gem in the south shore of the lake. Highly recommended it!

I was lucky enough to be the first guest of this new hotel - and I am absolutely delighted! The room turned out to be spacious, cozy and warm, and from the bedroom window there is a stunning view of the lake - it’s simply impossible to tear yourself away. I especially liked the pier and pier: it’s so nice to walk there or just enjoy the silence. There is a restaurant downstairs overlooking the lake...

Cool yurts in a closed area on the lake. Wonderful friendly and attentive hosts. There are also delicious homemade breakfasts here.

Very fair price, clean yurt and bathrooms , good wifi , tea and coffee available all the day, helpful host , 10 min walk from a very quiet beach to enjoy some privacy . I recommend the place :)

Natural place. Only there hut was ethnic old style. Behavior and food was good too

Lovely host, speaking impeccable English. Cozy yurts, comfortable beds. Hearty and inexpensive dinner (300 soms). A very good address in comparison with the other yurts in the surrounding area. The host's sister drove us in the morning to Bokonbayevo bus station to get transportation to Bishkek, for 150 som per person.

One of the best experiences in Kyrgyzstan. Extremely kind people, delicious food, good prices and mainly traditional Yurt accommodation in a breathtaking canyon area near the Issyk Kul lake.

We found out about the place through the internet. We drove there without a reservation, just the two of us in a car. We were lucky; one yurt was available. The hosts explained how everything was set up and advised us to head to the observation deck for sunset right away. We dropped our stuff in the yurt and went to watch the sunset. One of the best parts of my trip. Would recommend 2 nights to stargaze and chill by lake. A slow drive through the Canyon of Forgotten Rivers (a dried up river bed, with red canyon walls rising up on either side) brings you to the lake and the yurt camp. One of the nicest yurt camps I stayed at, with a big dining yurt, an open bar with hammocks, comfortable toilets and showers. Beds were good. One...

Very isolated but amazing wild place reachable only by dirt road (must have 4x4) 14 km from Ak-Say. Amazing long sand beach with an extraordinary breathtaking view. Absolutely recommended if you like some adventure!
