I would like to express my gratitude to Ayhan, the front office manager of the Jannat Regency Hotel in Jalal-Abad. Her professionalism and smiling attitude towards us made our stay at the hotel truly comfortable. Ayhana was always ready to help, answered all questions about the city and helped us to understand this city. She created an atmosphere of comfort and friendliness, which made our stay unforgettable and felt like home. Such an approach to guests deserves the highest praise, and we will be happy to return to this hotel, knowing that such a wonderful specialist as Ayhan will always meet us at the front office.

The hotel left the most positive impressions. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped. The service is top notch - the staff is always ready to help and provide comfort. I would especially like to note the front office manager Ayhan. She proved herself to be a true professional, always friendly and attentive to each guest. Her approach to business and attention to detail made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will be happy to come back again.

I would like to thank the staff of Jannat Regency Jalalabad for their professionalism and friendliness. I often choose this hotel when I come on a business trip to the southern part of Kyrgyzstan. My choice is based on such factors as location, fitness center, terrace and a wonderful team. I would like to mention the manager Ayhan, who creates a great mood with her charm and tact. The reception staff, Aynazik and other employees are always ready to help and answer any questions. It should be noted that they have excellent cuisine, the breakfast is very tasty. The atmosphere in the hotel is comfortable and the services meet the stated standards.

Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel, Eelenor on front desk was really helpful, Gulgaky in the restaurant was wonderful, she went out if her way to make us happy. Thank you again for a great stay, I really appreciate your friendliness and service

Overall a very fine place close to the center and bus station. Rooms are comfortable and you can use their pool, spa and fitness facilities which is especially nice in summer. The service somehow varies a bit, one day you have very nice reliable staff that speaks English and on others the cook refuses to prepare porridge with water instead of milk regardless of the (probably other cook the) day before where it was no issue. no explanation and assistance here... overall the food is good, just don't expect much extra even if you ask for it. some day it's a 5 star experience, some days there is room for improvement
