Osh Grand Hotel Chavo in Osh

Not only was the room ready for only 2-3 people instead of four, that we were, and they never brought everything we should have had ready for us but they also promised us to order an airport taxi which never came and we had to order ours from a random company last minute with a lot of stress. On top of that the worst thing was that room service stole things from our room and put them in washing even though we specifically told them not to take anything! They came back while we went out for dinner, stole our clothes, put them to washing which destroyed them because the jacket was made from down feather which is NEVER to be washed like normal clothes! The 200EUR jacket was destroyed, hotel told us it was just a mistake from the staff a promised us a compensation. We never heard from them again, and they are not responding to booking either! This is the first time I gave 1star rating but for stealing adn then not responding and correcting the mistake nothing else can be done!
