The breakfast was terrible—not even a buffet, with very limited options and low quality food. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming five-star standards.
The mint was smiles egg.
Overall, everything about the hotel was below expectations: poor value for money, lack of proper services, and a general feeling that the hotel does not care about guest satisfaction. I honestly felt misled by the rating.
The water in the room was not clean no hot water.
Even the manager she was rude and not trying to be sorry and she was telling me this our standards what a joke.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, or a true luxury experience in Osh. There are definitely better options for a much lower price.
They are taking ages to serve you anything even coffee even not in rush hours and we are the only guests group of 4 people.
They’re totally unprofessional i booked a massage session and i came earlier to catch my appointment and then they canceled because the masseuse left and doesn’t want to come back!!
We visited today and were very dissapointed. There is no functional jacuzzi, there were NO massage services available, both the sauna and steam room were not working properly.
Can't really call it a 'Spa'??? It's a nice indoor pool. The large outdoor pool needs cleaning and generally the premises needs maintenance and is a little tired.
This is probably the nicest hotel in the town.
The grounds are well organized, even the garden and the parking lot, and I thought it was a very nice hotel from the moment I arrived.
The room was clean, and at one restaurant you can have an omelette for breakfast. I think you choose between cheese or sausage. The breakfast is very luxurious, and they give you so much you can't finish it.
It is located in the west of Osh, and is not in the center, but taxis are cheap and you can get to the center in about 5 to 7 minutes, so I think it is a very convenient location.
If you are hesitant to stay at this hotel because it is a little out of the way on the map, there is no problem, so please stay with peace of mind.
